TownePlace Suites by Marriott College Park

I had an incredibly positive experience during my hotel stay. The staff, from the front desk to the breakfast servers and the general manager, were all exceptionally friendly. The hotel itself was impressively clean and had a fresh, new ambiance. Overall, my girlfriend and I had a delightful and memorable stay.

Fully equipped kitchen .. washroom is clean and spacious.. bedding is great. Everything is good esp for the price 10/10

Great option when staying in College Park. Very new, clean and spacious rooms. Staff was terrific. Breakfast included is a nice plus. Small breakfast but more than did the job and not overcrowded. Note it ends at nine am. Attached free garage was very convenient. Great price. Solid Wi-Fi too. Been there twice and would go back.

I've stayed at this hotel for a week at a time several times over the last few years. Every time I have been very happy with my stay! The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the amenities are very good. All rooms are suites, and I really appreciate the kitchenette during my long stays. The provided breakfast is very nice, and underground parking is available.

Staffs are nice, breakfast is included. nice kitchen in the room, parking is free and garage is available at the basement. housekeeping service for the room seems to be per requested but they did a good job of cleaning. I will choose to come back again if i come to the area again.

We stayed at TownePlace Suites for more than 15 weeks. I would like to say that this was thus far the best hotel stay experience we have had. The hotel is clean, has great amenities, and has free continental breakfast. But, the staff at this hotel makes the stay more enjoyable. Mr. Tilahun, the general manager, was very courteous, helpful, professional, and attentive to his guests need. He made sure we enjoyed our stay. One of the engineers, Andrew, was exceptionally welcoming and always said: "If you need anything, we are here for you" which meant a lot to us. The housekeepers did a fantastic job keeping our room and hotel neat. All of the staff we encountered displayed warm and welcoming smiles every time. The front desk staff was professional and helpful. Ms. Sherry especially treated us like family. We miss her warm and caring personality. This hotel is under great leadership. We have enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend TownePlace Suites!

We were a group of 4 families that stayed for 7 days in the hotel for a competition in University of Maryland. The hotel is very clean and the manager and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable for an extended trip. Each room has a full kitchen and a table to dine. Also we enjoyed the breakfast daily but would have liked a little more variety. We would not hesitate to stay at this lovely hotel again.

Amazing hotel. I am rarely motivated to write a review, especially if my expectations are met, however in this case they were far exceeded. FREE PARKING was very important to me, and I only booked my room the night before so it was a rush decision. I based my decision on the good reviews and certainly was the right decision. Everything is clean and up to very high standards, beyond what is expected of a hotel of this level. The staff are very accommodating. I asked for water upon arrival and they just handed me a bottle of water for free. It is only a water but it made all the difference in my mind. The management seems to have a very good grasp that small gestures like this makes customer feel very positive about their stay. The room was great, shower was beautifully designed and very clean. I was by myself and only stayed overnight but there was everything you could need to make meals etc. Breakfast was good. Business computers a bit glitchy but served the purpose. Overall an amazing experience. Thumbs up to the management.

The room was really nice! Breakfast was edible (what do you expect from free buffet). Warning: they charge an astronomical $100 pet fee - my fault for not checking before booking, but just a heads up… read the fine print

We came to stay overnight last minute for a friends graduation. The front desk was extremely helpful and patient.. I asked for a no pet room due to allergies and he thanked me for informing him and changed the room he was originally going to put us in without any hesitation. We walked into our room, it was spotless and beautiful. They offered late check out when I asked and did everything he could to accommodate our request to make the stay amazing, We would definitely come back and refer our family and friends to this hotel and location. They were amazing !

My family stayed here during some extended home repairs, and we really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and nice, well stocked kitchen, great staff.

My family and I had to stay here in Dec 2018-Feb 2019 since we lost our home to a house fire. Our stay was so pleasant the entire time and accommodated our family dog and the front desk were just amazing with her!! The facilities were always clean especially when there was rain/snow. They understood our situation and made the stay so wonderful it makes me so tear eyed thinking about it. Their breakfast was also great and I love that they had hot breakfast and waffles. The housekeeping staff, ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL and kept our hotel clean the entire time and gave us extras of anything we needed since we were there long term. Thank you to the staff, we appreciate all that you have done to help us during our difficult time.

Extremely clean, tricky parking, super friendly staff

We checked in for a short stay to move our kid into college. There is decent parking underground. The room was very clean and updated, with ample kitchen and dining space and nice bathroom. Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions the breakfast was bagged, but had ample food in it. Front desk service was very courteous and helpful. Would recommend.

February 14-15, 2020, we were in town for a relative's funeral and from the location, cleanliness of the room, amenities and friendly staff, our stay was great and we'll not hesitate to return if the opportunity presents itself under different circumstances. Thank you Thomas for understanding my first review was not directed at the hotel itself - your staff were excellent.

As Marriott doesn't offer bereavement rates, I was disappointed when Marriott's Customer Service representative told me if you don't use your points in 2 years, they expire. I like the Marriott brand and now that I know this, I'm going to have to make sure to use the points I earned on this trip before my 2 years are up.

Really nice front desk staff, we had a snow storm, no power and 3 kids so we had to stay the night. The rooms are big everyone was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was wow, pretty nice breakfast layout.

We had a pleasant stay here. Easy access to everything. Parking is great and the staff was pleasant.

It was a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious and modern! A large group from our church and youth stayed one night after a bible testing in the area and the staff were very accommodating, friendly, and they sometimes went out of their way to assist us! From the moment we booked to the frequent phone calls about our reservations to arriving to leaving,the staff at TownPlace Suites College Park were phenomenal! The stay was so fantastic we tried to book again in the next few weeks for rooms, but they were booked and understandably so! Even the young people of the group loved the stay and for a one night stay it left a positive impression! All those who were on staff around 8pm February 23rd to 11am on the 24th, deserves a huge shout out and you all were appreciated!
