7-Eleven

So I've admittedly only been here once, and at 1am, so i can't speak to the inconsistent service and long lines, but I can say that the guy working when I came was super nice - he even dug into the massive stack of recently delivered donuts to get to the ones I wanted, AND checked some prices for me with no problem - no eye rolling or sighing or any of the usual responses you get when asking anything above the usual 'ring up my stuff and go' at places like this. I would say it's the friendliest/best 7-11 experience I've ever had although there's actually a few really nice guys at other ones I go to as well, either way though he totally made my night by moving multiple heavy trays and retrieving my donuts, so definitely 5 stars if you're coming here in the middle of the night for donuts 😸

The store was clean and service was quick.

For a 7-11, it's not bad at all! The service can be inconsistent, depending on the cashier. Some cashiers are very friendly and others are very rude. The biggest complaint I have is the Slurpee machine is often not working. I mean... for a place known for Slurpee's that's the one thing you HAVE to have working!

The experience of 7 Eleven is one of a kind. Kind of like the crazy uncle that you love, but are kind of scared of. You never know what he’s going to do. Such is the same, with 7 Eleven. When one enters, one must be prepared for everything and nothing. For the light and the dark exist in this place.

Location is everything and this place has everything but sometimes there seems to be a communication issue with the staff that I hope gets rectified soon. But beyond that it is a great place

Very poor service. They would not allowed me to bring in my service animal. He is a homunculus. Very small and meek. It is illegal. They also would not tell me nor my wife if their meals contained microplastics. We do not eat anywhere that is not microplastic-free. This place is a neocon nuthouse.

The people is unfriendly, especial a lady ( Indian) she ridiculed me in front of the other customers screaming at me telling me that it is not good that I change the products because I approacheod to pay and the product said 1.99 however it was 3.99 and I change it then grab another 3 to see which one I had and opt for 2. and she screamed to me telling me that too many times she had changed. Too bad the service that lady gives, instead there was another one that she told me she is going to help you I think it was Pakistani, she was friendlier. and even the rude cashier left me all the products half-bagged or gave me the receipt he turned and left me prada. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Inconsistent products, inconsistent service. Most often you spend at least five min in line. That's if you can navigate past the coffee and soda area that's buzzing with flies. Had three gants in my drink! Looked at ice maker and saw black and red mildew. Manager seemed unconcerned. Below are pics of ice maker two months after my first complaint. Still dirty!

Very bad service! Some cashiers are rude with bad manners. I once found the price was not as the store's advertising poster. Then I ask about how can I get the items as Ad poster price. The cashier did not know. And another cashier said it wasted time.

Hi hate to say this but I've been going to this 7/11 my whole life but this morning your cashier was very rude he had his headphones in the whole time at checkout and was watching TV he could not hear me when I told him I had 2 separate transactions and when he finally understood he was irritated with me and wouldn't allow me to put in my phone number for my 2nd transaction and when I told him very politely that I would like to enter my phone number he started arguing with me saying I was taking forever and when I told him I just wanted to get rewards for my purchase he started almost screaming at me still wearing his headphones and the whole transaction took less then 3 minutes he was very rude and argumentative towards me he seem like he wanted to start a fight he either needs to go through more training or be fired because that man should not be in customer service.

Older White dude is rude to doordash drivers please someone talk to him about why he is making our jobs harder than they should it's unnecessary
