Compared to their sister-store in Hyattsville, where i was accousted by an abusive female emoyee and physically pushed by an overly ill-mannered male employee, and at 72, i confess, that got this ol' man's heart pumpin'!
But these folks "SHINE"!
Bigger, "Friendlier", Better Stocked, Clean, and i suspect, BETTER MANAGED.

The giant food store in Greenbelt Maryland is my favorite grocery store. I love shopping there 😁

Giant in Beltway Plaza Mall is a convenient grocery store with a wide selection of products. The aisles are well-organized, making shopping hassle-free. The staff is helpful and the store is clean. Prices are reasonable, making it a go-to option for everyday shopping needs

Tuesday morning 10/18/22 about 9am the store was quiet, and multiple employees said good morning as I was shopping.
I don't know if this was a store/management effort, or just present people starting their day, but it made a great start to me my day.

Fully stocked, clean. In and out experience

they have a lot of selection but we like to shop at locally owned supermarkets but, they do have a lot of organic stuff.

Pharmacy staff is awesome, they are willing to order your medication. Caring and competent. Great customer service. Much easier to deal with then surrounding retail pharmacies.

Stopped in for the first time to get a few things, it was my birthday and I was running around looking for sausages My bf told me not to get lolz, was having a hard time finding and was stopped by a giants employee who wanted to help. She was so nice and showed me the aisle and asked if she could help with anything else. Awesome service, mad I didn’t catch her name, but very nice lady with the pretty grey locs made my day!

My favorite Giant in Maryland. I got great cooking advice from Kenny. The seasoning King. Thanks and customer service is cool 😎👍.

Alway fresh produce and great service. There is a cashier I think her name is Brooklyn was so sweet and polite. She sanitized the area before taking a new customer. Also she was very careful organizing my items. I think she is a fantastic worker.

Customer service was good, was able to find anything I was looking for and employees were helpful...

Just went to the pharmacy this morning had the pleasure of meeting Elyria Ross. Pharmacy manger and Asia Smith pharmacy tech. These two women were so helpful this morning I came with a prescription for a pneumonia shot they check their records to see that I was qualified to get tetanus shot and a flu shot the pharmacist manager let me know and I went with it got three shots today two and one on one in the other she didn't have to do that but she was so nice in accommodating she really helped my situation out so if you need any good service from the Giant Store in Greenbelt go see the young people in the pharmacy they will help you out kudos to you.
