Good place to store my stuff, I was called by the General Manager VIPUL the best Manager I have ever seen , he is very oriented customer satisfaction. Nice service and Best storage. I have an issue with my storage because I need more space for my stuff. I was thinking I need to go back and doing all the process again, but the manager Vipul handle all the process in less than 5 minutes, thanks you. VIPUL, you are the best manager I ever met.

Bob, the manager on duty, was such a life saver!! I was stuck on an issue with my storage unit and was literally going to have a breakdown. I had the pleasure of interacting with him. I must say his service was nothing short of amazing. He was friendly and had an approachable demeanor and immediately put me at ease. When I say he saved me so much time, it was truly a blessing. I use this self storage plus for years and I have a good experience with Mr. Rafael he always keep clean the building and he always help a new tenants

This is my very first storage unit and to say I am pleased is an understatement . Vipul is a very great manager and is very compassionate about his job . He has excellent customer service and made the process very simple and easy ! Everyone should utilize this great facility because it is run by one of the best !

The other day the manager Vipul, was able to help me out in a major way. Was able to get the unit I needed at the time I needed it. Storage unit was clean and ready to go. I can definitely say I had excellent service.

This place is awesome, it’s clean and well managed. Most of it is due to their spectacular manager Vipul! He is SOOO helpful, kind, and polite! He’s the reason we chose to go with Self Storage Plus in the first place and the reason my wife and I renewed for a second year! I strongly recommend considering this location for your storage needs.

I just rented this space, its really R'ville, not Kensington. Its easy access, just off 355about a mile to 270. Temp controlled bldg, lots of carts to move stuff, nice Raphael & can't beat price. I'm happy here now I can comfortable go thru things, throw away & eventually downsize

I just hope they don't do like Public Storage no bait & switch w/big price increases...

Update: the new manager, Raphael is exceptional. He was amazingly helpful when one of the locks on my unit was malfunctioning. He worked closely with me to ensure that the lock was replaced and working properly. I appreciate his follow through and dependability. I can see how hard he is working all by himself there. I am so grateful that he noticed that one of my units was not properly closed. I am so grateful for Raphael’s help!

Kevin and Andrew are helpful and kind, this place is immaculate and move-in was about as smooth as I could expect. I paid a year upfront and got two months of free rent for my unit. Somehow this place has higher ratings and lower prices than other storage places, which is great. I am confident in the unit’s safety and feel like my junk — I mean treasures — are in good hands. Thanks for making this as painless as possible.

We had such a pleasant experience working with Kevin. He is very smart and helpful. He communicated clearly the terms and conditions and the current promotions. I was very impressed that he even skipped his lunch time to wait for my truck arrival to make sure we could get to and open our indoor storage units because I told him he I am not familiar with the self storage process. I can see he has a natural talent in The customer facing environment. I believe he will be successful in business.

Great experience with Self Storage Plus! They gave me a great deal on renting an outdoor access unit (10 x 20 ft) at the Nicholson Ct location in Kensington. The unit was in great shape when I started renting it — impeccably clean and well maintained. After about a month, the door had a glitch which was fixed promptly and professionally. The staff is attentive, helpful and friendly, especially Andrew, the office manager.

I would highly recommend Self Storage and I would definitely consider renting there again next time I need it.
