Had a hot water heater leak on Sunday afternoon. Called Len the Plumber and was scheduled for a Monday appointment between 8:00 and 11:00 AM. Received a call and text on Monday at 7:35 AM giving me the name of my technician and he was on the way. Brian S. arrived in time, introduced himself and was pleasant. Brian S. advised us of the steps for replacing the hot water heater and cost and also advised us about the poor installation of plastic pipes installing the bladder that works with hot water heater and our water softener system. After Brian’s explanation and what we both observed we replaced these items also. Brian S. installation was and looks professional. We feel 100% better and safer with our new installation of copper pipes along with the new bladder and hot water heater. I would recommend Len the Plumber and Brian S. is an asset to their Company.

Our Church sub-basement had a sewer line backup. Jesse the Tech arrived within the given dispatch window and provided a well explained assessment of the issue. He snaked out the line and found the problem to be in the city's sewer line connection. During a subsequent follow up call the next morning, he returned and fixed the clogged line that could have been resolved by the city's water system techs had they cleaned out the "running trap" in their sewer line connection during their dispatch. We were very pleased with Jesse's work and would certainly request his dispatch on any other plumbing issues that the Church should have in the future.

I was extremely satisfied with my technician, Kevin Smith, today. As a Len the Plumber costumer for 10 years, he continued the standard. Kevin was efficient, helpful and knowledgeable of my issue. The shoe booties, cleanup of my pipes and debris were a major plus😊

We have used Len the Plumber on multiple occasions and couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work. The most recent technician - Robert - was prompt with same day service and explained what was needed to resolve our issues. He was able to complete the job in a few hours and did a wonderful job. He even was able to install a shut off valve for us while here. He was courteous, conscientious, thorough and considerate. We would definitely ask for him again.

I contacted Len the Plumber after water invaded my basement. They arrived promptly and began to assess the issue. He asked very pointed questions for clarity. He took photos. When we spoke he was very thorough and detailed in explaining the scope of the job. When he mentioned “demo” my heart dropped. All I could see was $$ signs. He contacted a restoration company and let me speak with them. Upon his departure, I felt confident that I could rely on him to do a good job at a reasonable cost. I have thanked the neighbor for the recommendation and based on my initial contact, I will without hesitation recommend Len the Plumber!

My mother in law, Helen, needed her sewer line replaced. The came out and inspected the line with a camera. Shane and his crew were awesome. They had the job completed and the yard back to normal within 1 1/2 days. Thank you for the wonderful work. We will be recommending your company to anyone who needs a 100 year old sewer line replaced.

Len The Plumber technician, Rob Harrison, was terrific! My water bill was high and after a whole house assessment, he immediately identified the cause—my toilet was overflowing the flush valve! He also replaced my leaky faucet and took time to show me how to check my water meter for any leaks. I was very pleased with how smooth everything went, from the scheduling, to the reminders, to the service!…I highly recommend Len the Plumber!

Perfect experience. Called LTP out on Sunday for a water well pressure tank issue and they had the tank replaced by a little after noon on Monday. Rodney and Mike were very professional and prompt. I will look to the company for further services in the future. Thank you for your great service!

We had a plumbing emergency at my grandparents house and I did an online search for same day service. Len the Plumber came up as one of the vendors. I called explained the situation and they had someone at the house within the hour. Mark showed up very pleasant gentleman with a wonderful attitude. We explained this situation and he said no problem and went to work. He explained everything in detail about what needed to be done for the repairs. He had to shut the water off from the street connection. He fixed the washer connection and replaced the garbage disposal. He spent the majority of day with us, he was kind and engaging. Another added bonus they send you picture of the technician that’s coming to your house. That was refreshing to see, so you know it’s the correct person showing up. I would highly recommend this company and ask for Mark Thompson if you can. Five star service.

Mark Johnson was my plumbing Technician and he was terrific. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable. Mark was thorough and took the time to make sure I understood what work was being done, providing me estimates of cost prior to beginning the work. He was also very skilled and was able to make my repairs expeditiously. I hope that the next time I need to call Len the Plumber I can get Mark as my technician to come do the work. Awesome experience.

Appointment made Monday, contacted by dispatch 1 hour to arrival. Mike and Billy showed up on time, quickly assessed the situation and 45 min later were done. This is the way it should go! Thank you Mike and Billy, sincerely appreciate your expertise and professionalism. Great experience!

We have used Len the Plumber previously, receiving good service. Rob Harrison arrived on time, listened to us describe what we wanted done, and set to work giving a suggestion to improve the project. He completed the job quickly and left the area better than it was when he arrived. We will call Len again if we have a plumbing issue.

I had a water leak at my house from an unknown source. I was glad to call Len the Plumber Heating & Air, LLC. The staff I spoke to over the phone and in-person were very polite and professional. They answered my questions well. They helped walk me through the process from start to finish. Big shout out to Michael Keys and his team for getting me through such a plumbing emergency! I will definitely recommend their company's service to my friends and family!

I’m very pleased with the service from Len the Plumber. From the call where they heard me out and informed me they would not charge extra for weekend service to the service tech Emmanuel and then discussion with his service manager Vance about additional work this has been a very professional, friendly and thorough experience. The replacement of my guest bathroom toilet was excellently done and Emmanuel even managed to transfer over the handle so it would continue to match with the rest of the bathroom fixtures. I appreciate the collaborative effort and would recommend them to anyone! I’ve already gone ahead and contracted with them to convert my existing gas hot water tank to a hybrid heat pump hot water tank.

We woke up in the middle of the night to a water alarm. Our Hot Water Heater was leaking water all over our basement! We contacted Len’s immediately and they sent out a technician that same morning. Yves was our plumber and he was amazing! He took the time to explain what was going on, what to expect, how much, etc… We’re new to the area so I can’t say that the price is fair because we don’t have anything to compare it to. But the service was top notch. We had the HWH replaced, new expansion tank and water pressure valve installed. It took them about 6 hours in total, that included the initial consultation and going to grab the supplies. I highly recommend Yves!
