My boyfriend ordered Valentines day flowers from here and they are the most amazing flowers (and teddy bear) I have ever seen! The flowers and packaging were gorgeous, delivery was perfect, and he said the service was fantastic. Highly recommend ordering your flowers from here!

Palace Florists was amazing and so easy to work with for my corporate event. It was a last minute need for an outdoor reception and they listened to what I was looking for. The end result was perfect and the arrangement was better than I could have imagined. Delivery was also on time and so easy. My daughter’s wedding was this past Saturday and we could not have been more thrilled with the flowers that Michele Galindo created! She spent a lot of time with us before the wedding to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. She also made wonderful suggestions and brought us back into the area where they keep the flowers so we could see some of the she would actually use. Every single piece she created was spectacular from the bridal bouquet to the boutonnieres and altar floral. The day of the wedding the wedding cake arrived and was not what we had ordered. I called Palace florists and spoke to Lee who went to great lengths to try to help me by adding some of the flowers from the bouquet to the cake. Our experience with palace florist was absolutely wonderful and we highly recommend them to anyone for any occasion! Thank you Michelle and Lee!

Beautiful flowers and amazing customer service. Lee and Beth at Palace Florists were amazing to work with. I did not have a clear idea of what I wanted for flowers and Lee worked with me to make decisions about the type of flowers, colors, and floral arrangement styles that would match my dress and our wedding. Additionally, I needed a last minute addition to our order which was handled easily. My flowers were delivered on time and were stunningly beautiful. Incredible! My husband went in with a picture of a bouquet I saw online and a picture of our dining room. Palace Florists put together a bouquet that was 100 times better than what I was going to order from this online retailer. They were super sweet to him and my young daughter and saved him from sleeping on the couch ;) Will be ordering EXCLUSIVELY from Palace Florists from now on.

I receive the most beautiful and fragrant flowers from my boyfriend from Palace. He hand picks what he wants and they put together stunning bouquets that get so many compliments at my office. Palace Florists is hands down the MOST AMAZING FLORIST. Their flowers are the freshest, most stunning flowers I have ever seen, anywhere. In the last 6 months, my husband and I have ordered from Palace at least 20 times simply because they are THAT beautiful. Owner Beth is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL and went to great lengths to get us the perfect pink shade of roses for our baby girl announcement. Due to the pandemic, this particular shade of pink roses is very hard to come by, however Beth worked diligently, going above and beyond, to get us exactly the color of roses and the arrangement we envisioned for our special occasion. Beth even sent us pictures before sending them out to make sure that the flowers were exactly what we wanted. When the arrangement arrived, it completely took my breath away. I cannot say enough good things about Palace - I wouldn’t go anywhere else. We will be very happily returning customers for many years to come. Thank you so much Beth!!!

Ever since I placed my first order with Palace Florists about a year ago, I have never considered ordering flowers from a different florist. My wife and I are now regular customers of Palace Florists and we never cease to be impressed by their great service. The quality of their flowers and arrangements is always excellent, and the team at Palace Florists take great care to make sure that any special requests on orders come through. Recently, when my wife and I wanted to order very specific pink roses to use for our baby announcement, only roses from Palace would do. Beth and her colleagues at Palace Florists went above and beyond to get us the perfect roses that we were looking for in only a couple of days. I am sure that we will be ordering roses from Palace Florists for many years to come.

We were so happy with Palace Florists - the arrangements they provided for our event were absolutely stunning! The owners were great to work with, understood our event, and made it easy. We would definitely use them again!

My "go to" flower shop in D.C. They have excellent customer service, always follow up and through, and the flower arrangements are amazing! Our wreath was beautiful and perfect for the occasion.

Last week was my first experience with Palace Florists and certainly will not be my last! The flowers were sent to a wonderful person but also a very picky person. SHE LOVED THE BOUQET and asked for the name and number of the florist. That is the good news. The BEST part was that Beth made the ordering so easy, the prices were beyond reasonable, and the delivery was done timely. I can't recommend Palace Florists enough and can't wait to send more flowers from them soon.

EDIT #2 - This past week, Palace Florists delivered an entire new floral arrangement to make up for the peonies that didn't work out. It's beautiful and we very much appreciated their response to our situation. They proactively reached out to us to correct a situation and we truly appreciate the attention they give their customers. You can tell that customers come first with this business and I would definitely recommend them in the future!

EDIT - In response to my post below, the business immediately reached out to me AND my husband to right the situation, which I truly appreciate and think this is very indicative of a business that does truly care about its customers. The business has offered to replace our initial order with a new order, and hopefully we will have more success with that one. We will take them up on this offer and truly appreciate the attention that this business has given us to right the situation. Once we're able to connect with the business again, I plan to change my rating to 5 stars given the recent exchanges.

My husband knows peonies are my absolute favorite flower and went out of his way to get a peony bouquet for me from Palace Florists. He brought them home and 3 were opened already and very pretty but died after just a couple days. The other 3 flowers never bloomed or opened up at all. And he paid $100 for 6 flowers....definitely NOT worth the price and we were quite disappointed that 3 of the 6 flowers didn't opened at all.
