Great service. The staffing amazing. This location is under renovation so be warned there might be a small line. This is a great location.

The staff is always friendly & professional. I walked in & whoever was before me left cash spread on the counter. No one noticed so I refused to touch it & informed the cashier that it was there, retrieve it, check to see who the customer was before me, & notify them. Hope they got it back.

This is definitely the best NFCU branch that I've experienced in the entire Washington/Baltimore metro area. The staff are always pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to help you get the things you need taken care of.

I've been here in the past and the staff was great. My one question is are they still open at this location? I went to use the ATM at Navy Federal and looked and it looks like they didn't renew their lease or something. Does anyone know what's going on with this location?
