Coffee was very good, conversation was pleasant. A very nice Viet Namese men's coffee shop and billiards parlor.

Not a real cafe, more like a hangout club for people who already know each other. Every one stares at you like you're trespassing, probably because they don't have a business license, even though it's commercial property. Looks like it could be related to the Buddhist Association, but if it's a private function, they should post that on their door, rather than having an "OPEN" sign. I wish serving to the public was a normal function here, because I ordered anyway and their Robusta coffee was hella harsh; it would be nice to have a cafe to drink and relax so close to home.
