It is nice having a local power company to work with.

Great place, fast service, best internet that’s ever been around and a shout-out to the first responders that go out in bad weather conditions and putting themselves on the line and in harms way to keep the power and electricity going day in and day out for Alcorn County and being on the call to assist other county’s and states in need!!!

We have worked extensively with ACE Power and consider them to be a very valuable customer. We really enjoy working with their team and appreciate their values and responsiveness.

The Lady at the drive thru is always so nice and cheerful.

Needed a receipt and the 1st operator transferred me to someone that got the receipt emailed to me right away. Excellent Service!

During these cold times ACE POWER is charging people over 20 dollars a day for electricity!!!!! They are stealing our money!!!!! I grew up in California and I NEVER saw bills this high!!!!! They are thieves. We have energy efficient everything. On the hottest of summer days I never used more than 11 dollars. ACE POWER is the worst company. Their employees are rude, the company is awful!!! Monopoly! If it would let me post pictures for proof, I would!!!!

Since it won't let me respond to you, I'll edit my post. I lived in Washington state for 5 years. I have completely weather proofed my house. Weather stripping around all my doors. My water heater is indoors and is good. The piping is insulated. My heater is brand new and efficient. My heat is set to 66. My windows are insulated with weather proofed covers for winter. Every single bulb and electronics that I have are the best and newest energy efficient out there on the market. As far as you charging extra, it is true. Your rude representative explained to me you raised your prices during the winter.

Paid my bill on 2/12/24 exactly the amount due including the late fee, then Thursday 2/15/24 my power was turned off so I went to ACE to find out what the problem was. I was told it was turned off because they had made a mistake in billing and was told they would turn my power back on after I paid the amount of their mistake not my mistake t hey could have just added their mistake on the next bill instead of turning someones power off it could have been handled differently especially when it was their mistake. I was told they where doing me a favor by not charging me the disconnect and reconnect fees for their mistake and would only turn my power back on when I paid them this small amount of money, it's like your going to cheat them, I can see why they have low ratings from their customers , where I worked for many years our CSI ratings couldn't be lower than 97 percent or wr wouldn't get our quarterly bonus, another company was in charge of contacting customers and rating us we always got our bonuses

Completely fed up with both ACE power and ACE Fiber, obviously a monopoly, tried switching my business from AT&T to ACE Fiber and had an installation date setup, technician shows up and ACE told him that they could not install at my location, talked to the "so called CFO," and he was of no help. All I have to say about these companies is follow the money. A supposed "non-profit," cooperative however we spend thousands of dollars per year and they are still titled as "non profit." I will keep my internet service with AT&T and continue sending my money out of town to them.

Why are they going up on our bills to pay it for Ace fiber? We are on fixed income and don't have Ace fiber I will be reporting to the Attorney General office you are taking advantage of old people I think
