Really good customer service. Fairly quick helping to get a power pole set up (this is customer responsibility when building a new house.). I would complain about the cost of power but can’t do anything about that. At least power is green.

Pickwick electric is my electric service provider. They provide excellent service at an excellent rate. Also, all my interactions with service workers and office workers at Pickwick have been nothing less than outstanding!

During our building process, PEC was very helpful. They were speedy with they're service and always available to answer questions.

I was directed to the person who was able answer questions to my satisfaction and was on may way.

They must not have known that the power was out in this area the power was back just a few minutes after calling, thank you Pickwick electric!!😁

They all there are very polite an directed they the process of getting my electric on. They answered all my questions completely..

The only electric company around for our area. Good service and quick to repair outages. Only problem is like today. We didn't get our bill so I went to pay it. Now I've had a knee replacement and my husband was in a accident, so with us being temporarily unable to do much. I come home to a notice of disconnection laying on my porch for the wind to blow away or the dogs getting it when there is 2 mailboxes out there that our son checks for us daily. Otherwise they're great :)

I bought a house in Mcnairy co and my deposit was going to be 650.00 to get my electricity turned on. Instead they ran my credit score and it didn't cost me a dime. I only paid 5.00 for membership fees. I needed a street light they came right out and installed one for me. The lady in the office has always been real nice and helpful everytime I go to PEC.

Thanks to all the men and women, from Pickwick Electric, who worked through the rain and storms, until all our homes were lit back up. We appreciate you and are so thankful for your endless effort in taking care of us! Thank you!

PEC have very nice friendly staff that are eager to help you and answer any questions. They do offer pre paid light service. And it does not take very long to get in and out of there .

Try never to use kiosk.
$5.00 charge to use it.

Pickwick electric should not be the only option we have for electricity there needs to be some competition. That way the public has a choice. Nothing against Pickwick electric I just think that what's right is right. The employees are very sweet

Pay your bill in person, these ladies are a joy to talk to. Very understanding and willing to listen. Very good location to stop by.

Great people. Beautiful building. They worked with us on deposit. So nice. It is in Selmer... so it's not super local to the Pickwick Community
