The staff were willing to assess my issue quickly and advise me on the best course of action to take and what parts would need to be replaced in the correct order. I purchased one part that was very reasonably priced and replaced it my myself, which seems to have fixed all the visible issues, instead of having to put multiple new parts in.

I has a trailer wheel bearing go bad this morning while traveling from Florida. I pulled into this location and the lady's there were very very helpful and knowledgeable on what I needed to get back on the road. I wanted to buy them lunch but they smiled and said no its apart of their job. Very professional representation of the company.

My son (17) went in and Jarvis and Shorty were great! Assisted him & went above and beyond for the kid that walked in needing help, checked car, installed battery and provided knowledge. THANK YOU JARVIS & SHORTY!!

The manager Paula provided excellent customer service. This store has a friendly knowledgeable staff that will help answer questions and take the extra time to go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied when you leave the store. I highly recommend Autozone store 0029 in Corinth, Mississippi.

I spent two hours at Walmart waiting for them to check and replace my battery. I had already picked which price battery I wanted to purchase. Two hours later I was told they didn’t have the right battery but they checked and mine was definitely bad! I went to Auto Zone and paid and had a new battery installed in less than TEN MINUTES!!!! I greatly appreciate you nice folks at Auto Zone!

I am a business owner, have been for 25 years. I've got a fairly good eye for talent. The young lady that checked me out was awesomely friendly and courteous. I don't even remember her name...But she appears to have very good people skills. You need more of the same.

The place is nice and tidy, the customer service was great. I ordered a windshield wiper and couldn't figure it out then the manager came out and saw I needed help. Got me fixed up and on my way. Now that's customer service. Also didn't tale long to get what i needed. I'd say that's a pretty good place to go get what you need

Paula and Jimmy at AutoZone are awesome. They helped me with a problem I did not know how to resolve. Going outside of the box two days in a row….friendly and superior customer service!!!

My check oil light came on and I pulled in here at auto zone in Corinth, Mississippi on Monday , November 30, 2020 and asked if someone could check the oil and put some in my vehicle. One of the guys behind the counter spoke up and volunteered to go outside and check the oil. After he checked the oil and verified that my vehicle did indeed need some oil, we went back inside and he asked which oil I wanted to purchase and even made some suggestions. I made the purchase and he went back outside and put it in my vehicle. We made small talk about the vehicle while he was putting the oil in and making sure it had enough. It was really cold and windy, but MR. PATRICK JONES didn’t let the weather keep him from providing excellent customer service. I just wanted to give a big shout out to Patrick for saving the day for me. I truly appreciate him going above and beyond what he had to do. Thank you very much for your great customer service and your kindness.

It's great when they will walk outside to my car and I can pop the hood and say "I need this power steering hose." Next morning the hose arrives and My 1979 Lincoln Mark V is on the road again, drip free. 😎 Thanks Guys

Slow and low stock has been an issue with many auto parts, but if they don't have the part, they can order it in. Usually 24 to 48 hour turn around. In most cases, they are fast.

Very helpful and professional.

They always have what I need, or can get it next morning. Their prices are cheapest that I've found and probably the main reason i shop at auto zone is because its between them and auto advance because O'Reilly treated me like I was stupid.

Knowledgeable staff who were quick to help me out even though they were very busy.

Had a dead battery tonight at closing time. They got me a battery and installed right away. Very kind folks.

Very helpful with making sure you get everything you need and always quick to give a helpful tip on my projects. Always enjoy Corinth AutoZone.
