Good selection of household materials, products and items. They have good selection of indoor and outdoor plants as well. And the stuff is very helpful.

Great if you are searching for home improvement tools for your home or DIY projects. I went on a Thursday evening. It wasn’t busy , customer service and staff are very friendly and know the store by heart! I was looking for a glass cutter and an indoor flower pot. I found the first thing but they had limited option for the latter one. They also respect all the covid measure. I was also offered $5 off one of my items that looked damaged! It was a nice visit

This location of Home depot is one of the better locations largely due to the managing staffs attention to detail with there employees. Everyone there is paired in the right departments to give the best customer service. I walked in looking for a concrete blade to use on my grinder and the associate found the right blade for me in mere seconds. At checkout crystal was absolutely amazing, she was personable, engaged right way, even talked about anime when she noticed my naruto face cover.

I was helped by a wonderful employee named Robert, I was looking for light bulbs and I could not find where they were. He stopped what he was doing, showed me exactly where they were and even gave me advice on which ones to get. He was super sweet and nice. I will be back just because of him

Extremely impressed by the level of customer service that was provided to my wife & I. We went shopping for a new grill on Memorial Day, unfortunately the grill did not fit in my wife’s car. Orrin Burkett did not hesitate and offered to personally delivery it to my home. Thanks to him, my family was able to enjoy our Memorial Day meal.

James in the tool section is awesome!:)

He helped me with some toolbag and battery light selections and absolutely knew the section. He even gave me a heads-up about a Milwaukee light that I didn't know about. I wish there were more like him!

The lighter skinned short hair african american gentleman who works in the paint section is such a life saver. Every business/home project I have he gives such great reccomendations and advice, I hope a manager is reading this and gives him a raise. He has a chic fil a level of customer service

As a general contractor I purchase materials at The Home Depot. I am never disappointed when I shop at this location. Good product and great return policy! Helpful staff, specially Mr. Ali at the Pro desk and Tim L. at the painting department always go above and beyond to make this a pleasant shopping experience. Thank you all!

Just bought a new dishwasher from Home Depot and was helped by Ms Sonya Foster. I spent more than I wanted but she was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Extremely happy with my purchase and if you need anything in appliances and kitchen cabinets come see this amazing lady. Thank you Home Depot and thank Ms Foster for great customer service.

Can't recall the name of the person that assisted me, but she was able to help me by getting some 5 gallon jugs for me from the back of the store. Made and saved my day. She also asked the stockroom to out some more up front in case other customers would like some water

At this location in particular on several occasions the employees have gone beyond their regular duties in order to help me out. I’m not sure how to spell this gentleman’s name but he said his name was Clayton. I went in to buy some tools to change my car battery myself for the first time ever (just a liitle FYI) He said he was getting off at 9 and it was approximately 8:50 and that he would check in on me and my progress. Not only did he help me pick out the necessary tools, but he did all the heavy lifting and spent over 30 min after he got off of work with me in order to teach me how to use the tools and how to change my battery. He is honestly one of the nicest people I’ve evet met and he’s an absolute asset to this store. Thanks again for helping me out and your hard work 🙌🏼

Awesome plant deal this week! $12.50 for 3 gallon double knockout roses. Actually all roses were 50% off. Azaleas were $6.88 for a gallon pot, more than 50% off. The guy at the plant area was friendly and helpful on a rainy day😀

I have been coming to Home Depot for over 20 Yrs and Mike Turkes helped me beyond my expectations usually when I come here to the Gaithersburg homedepot I wait and wait in the isle for help And no one comes Mike at the moment is still helping me he is the best 💯 5 stars

I have been a customer at The Home Depot for decades. They always have what you need, and if they don't, they will help you find it. Love interacting with the friendly and knowledgeable people who work there. You can't go wrong with The Depot! ;)
