Giant Food

The store was nice and clean. The staff have been very kind. They have a pretty good location not far from 355 and Shady Grove.

I regularly shop at this Giant and mostly do pickup through the app. The gentleman who delivers the groceries for pickup is so polite and always makes my day. The selection is nice in the Giant and the customer service is great. I like that it’s never crazy crowded and there is ample parking. Even though the Giant App itself has been not working for me for quite some time, that’s no fault of theirs. The savings at Giant are pretty unbeatable especially when you take advantage of all the coupons and flex rewards points. Grateful to have this Giant!

Very well stocked. Lots of national name foods and products. Fun out of the norm stuff too.

I've lived in the area for many years and seen this particular store really improve, both in staffing and inventory. Convenient and a good place to shop for us.

Alex was very friendly to both myself and the gentleman in front of me at Customer Service. I was able to return the items I needed to return without any problems. She was also very kind in helping me at the self-checkout. On a side note, this location is much safer at night than the Flower Hill location.

Not super busy at the time I went. I got 3 things from the fresh deli item. The young man in there today at a is there today at around 6:30pm was extremely friendly and very professional. It's nice to have someone be friendly and knows what they're doing. Everything else was well marked and easy to find.

Early morning shopping in a very familiar place and self checkout is perfect.

I had to go to this giant because the Redland Rd Safeway didn’t have everything I needed. This giant is awesome for having seafood (I was after salmon and blue crab. Clean and neat. Had my favorite coconut water and the excellent 2 bite mini cupcakes

Great prices and very helpful employees. Cashier said hello while I was in the ally! Clean floors, good selection. Shelves very well stocked @ 9:45pm, major plus since I work restaurant hours and do most grocery shopping after 10pm. Produce area was also well stocked and neatly organized. Cashier was also fast & friendly.

I have been shopping at this Giant for a very long time. I really like the set up and there are always lots of options. The employees are all really friendly and helpful! I am so happy they added self checkout it's made shopping there even more convenient.

In these times, every nice gesture deserves higher recognition and appreciation. I feel so pampered coming here now. There is a door greeter named Gavin that gave a great hello and a sincere smile, uses his phone device to keep track of the amount of customers coming & going. I'm so grateful that Giant is taking such great precautions for our safety and in such a non threatening, less evasive feeling way (than how some other stores have responded). People are so on edge right now, we need more relaxed essential workers like Gavin to help put our nerves at ease. I am also super pregnant and he offered when I came back out to have someone available to help me with my groceries to my car (since he couldn't leave his post), but I told him it was ok, I was just running in for a few things. Great job again Crabbs Branch on your most recent hires. They are very kind and attentive :)

Not my usual Giant Food, but I had an appointment in the area, so I shopped here. There was no sign of the Planet Oat creamer that was supposed to be free on my bonus card, but otherwise I found what I was looking for. Including peas and carrots in the frozen section.

I ordered a birthday cake from this store last weekend and the name was misspelled on the cake. The gentleman who was at the bakery called the manager to explain it and the manager went above and beyond to ensure that I left the store pleased. I appreciate this topnoch type of customer service!

Nice store. Better stocked than most. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

This giant is doing a great job keeping everything organized and clean during Covid. The staff are always great. Thanks for keeping us safe and supplied with food during these crazy times.

Emily is a great employee. She's very attentive to the needs of customers and has superb customer service skills. Most of the staff here is great!

This Giant particularly has a good selection of organic products and baked goods. Their employees are very friendly and helpful especially Emily who has been always been really kind&caring to me and my family.

Eager to assist staff, in all departments. Ed Thomas is an amazkng store manager, and he'll always do what he can to help you. The only downside is a rather limited selection compared to other Giant stores
