Markus Stephen P MD

I have been seeing Dr. Markus for about 5 years and give him credit for getting me off high doses of medication that I didn’t need, but was completely dependent on. He is by far the highest performing and most educated healthcare provider I’ve ever been to, but his many years of experience in the area of addiction medicine have made him stand out as the very best addiction specialist in our area.
The receptionist at Creekside, named Mary, is also the absolute best! She is always compassionate and kind. and has gone out of her way more times than I can count to work with my ever changing insurance making sure I get my prescriptions at the lowest cost possible. She genuinely cares about the patients and feels more like a friend that has your back, than typical office staff.
I never write reviews, but my care as well as my moms and those I’ve referred , has been so consistently exceptional, I had to share the good news:)
I should add that Dr. Markus doesn’t take my insurance, but he is very affordable ( I pay 165.00 every other month) and after trying many practitioners at Kaiser and in private practice, he is worth every penny.
