Worst storage facility I’ve ever had to deal with! Charged me for a unit, left me without a working code and my disabled mother and I were locked in the facility. Had to call the police to help us out. No one has reached out to us from the facility. I called several times and left several messages. Today, almost a week later, a lady answered the phone, claimed she refunded my money. She said she refunded it to my mom because that’s the name on the card. Well, I paid for it with my card so the dishonesty continues. Neither myself or my mother has received a penny back. The fact that you would treat anyone like this is shameful.
