Enterprise Rent-A-Car

To cut to the chase, the young woman who handled my rental, Heaven, was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I couldn't complain if I wanted to!

And by the way, I rented in Corinth, MS and I wasn't sure what to expect (I'm used to the big city). But they were great. And as far as I could see it's a well run, professional business.

Now for the long winded bit: I've been renting from Enterprise for years. It started, if I recall, because after my post divorce financial meltdown they were the only "major" that would take my debit card.

At this point (20+ years later) I don't even check the other guys. I've had nothing but great experiences with them. On this last rental, I scheduled round trip, but then bought a car in DFW and left the rental there. I had already asked, and Heaven (see above) had correctly told me what that might cost me. (She did tell me the final decision was the manager's.)

The Enterprise in Grapevine Texas was very accommodating and helpful with the drop off. And while I was charged for the change in plans by the Corinth Enterprise (which was both FAIR and EXPECTED) they cut me some slack on that. Thanks!

I have a new car, so I may not be renting anytime soon. But if I do, it will be from Enterprise (in Corinth!) What were the names of those other guys? I can't remember.

Had to rent a car when Corinth had a tornado come thru. A hugh tree limb fell on my car & totaled it out. Farm Bureau rented us a car through Enterprise. The 1st car we had was a Hylander. I really enjoyed this ride. We turned the car in because we had got our check to buy vehicle & was going to Birmingham, Al to get it. We went to bank down there to get money for car & the bank in Birmingham put a hold on the check, even though our bank in Corinth had called & had the check approved. We weren't able to get the car so insurance had to rent us another vehicle & this time it was an Avalon & I absolutely loved it. It was so nice & luxurious I really liked it. I had an Acadia, so I never thought I'd like a car again, I'd want a SUV, but this changed my mind

Great experience redeeming points from rentals provided near 2 months of driving at no cost other than the deposit that's returned to me after rental ends. Though last week of rental used nearly more points than previous 2 weeks felt as though it was gouging. Other than that it was great.

JD has been amazing, through this difficult time for me! I had a minor accident & our vehicle is in the shop, to say this has been stressful is not enough, he has done everything in his power to make it a little less stressful. He's gone above & beyond to take care of us. I would highly recommend to see him for all your rental needs!! Thank-you, JD!!!!

They are always so nice . I know sometimes they may not have the car you wanted or you have to wait for someone to get back with one but they always make it up to you . Have never had a bad experience.

I had gotten my car totaled from being hit and between my insurance and the other drivers insurance they had me a rental set up instantly. The only downfall is there is not a ton of inventory available if you were in a quick pinch. The process was easy and smooth and the employees were a delight! Would use them again!!

Friendly staff. They don't always have what you need but will look and let you know when they get something in to meet your needs.

The staff was extremely courteous and acknowledged everyone that walked through the door. They took time to explain every step of the process and recommended a different vehicle to accommodate my size. I was pleased with the service and vehicle.

All of the vehicles I wanted to rent were unavailable. HOWEVER, they did their best to accommodate me by giving me their most spacious family car they had available. Not only did it end up working out spacewise for my trip, but it saved me a little bit of money, too. On top of that, I drove over 1100 miles and I only spent maybe 60 in gas the entire trip. I was averaging over 45 mpg on highway. Then, because the GPS I had gotten from them was difficult to use, they gave me an additional 80 dollars on my refund on top of the 100 I had placed as a deposit to rent from them. Will definitely use again and highly reccommend.

I've rented from Enterprise many times & usually found great service. Exception Dallas. The service at this location stands above them all!! Trish was absolutely the best. What really set her / this location. above the rest was Trish allowing me to leave my semi truck on the property . I was in a difficult situation & they worked with me without a problem. We need more people like that in the world. Can't be more grateful!! Ryan

Excellent customer service! Spoke to customer support within 2 rings - was picked up on time - took less than 15 mins in the office to get paperwork soerted. Had courtesy call next day. Recommend Enterprise every time.

Great experience with Enterprise. I had reserved my vehicle in advance so pickup took about 5 minutes. The employee at the location was very friendly and professional. Drop off was just as smooth. Overall great experience.

As always, my experience with this location is exceptional. They are verycourteous, friendly and provide excellent customer service. They take the time to get to know the customer. Regardless of the situations while continually remain friendly and courteous. I recommend to all my friends and associates to use Enterprise. They stand behind their service and are very committed to excellance.

Service was excellent they did not have a compact car I reserved when I arrived so they upgraded me to a small SUV. Could not be happier with the service and the vehicle.

I'll be honest and tell you it didn't start off great. Was supposed to be picked up - oops, had to call and say come get me. Reserved a full size sedan - oops, no sedans so offered me a Chevy Trax. Oops, that won't work cuz my friends and I are going shopping and that little cracker box isn't gonna work. The manager then gave me the only thing available since they were very short due to spring break, a Cadillac XTS. It was very nice although I was a little nervous driving such a nice vehicle and was glad to return it. Point is, the manager made it right for me and my situation and it was very impressive. I would use them again and refer others there as well.

I have used Enterprise several times. They are always very friendly and super helpful. I was able to get a rental the day I needed it and it was similar to my current vehicle. I will definitely be using them again!

I had such a good experience at this particular location after having a horrible experience with the Florence, Alabama location. They were so nice and helpful. I really appreciated they way they treat their customers unlike in Florence, Alabama.
