The Container Store

I had an appointment with Heidy yesterday to design a custom reach-in closet. She was very sweet and patient with me (this was my first time doing something like this). She also told me about exciting closet features I didn't know about, and didn't push me to spend more than I was comfortable spending. Nigel helped me today with a change I called in to make, and didn't make me feel silly for changing the layout again. I'm very excited for my new and very affordable space.

I have always loved the customer service at this location and go there instead of Annapolis (which is closer). I made an online order and was worried after driving all the way there we would miss them. I called the store and Esteria assisted me with having the order put aside and we made it there exactly at 6pm. They still assisted us which speaks volumes as some other stores shut down before closing. I will continue to travel to this location.

The container store is located in the corner of the shopping plaza next to the Wells Fargo bank. I like this store because it's usually not very busy and everything is usually in stock. The store also sells cabinets which I think is a little weird, it's ikea-esque styles for anyone who's interested.

We purchased Elfa system for two closets. We had a great experience with our closets designer, Sophia, she planned every little detail and was of a invaluable help with the entire process of the project!

Super helpful staff helped design our shelves so we didn't even have to think about it. They picked the parts and had the order ready and waiting in less than 45 minutes

Really only writing this review to give a shoutout to Devon. I stepped in during Memorial Day weekend with my friend who needed a bit more assistance than most customers. He really took his time and was very patient with her in order to get her exactly what she needed. It was truly amazing to see!

I love this store. Employees are super helpful. They have everything you need. At a higher place than other stores.
I wander the whole store, twice eyeing all the cool stuff. I’ll be back.

We had a great, first-time experience at the Container Store in Rockville, MD! We met with Bob who was very helpful in helping us design our custom, closet, bedroom space. The materials arrived earlier than expected, and were efficiently delivered outside to our car when we drove up and notified them we were there. The installer arrived on time and made sure everything was installed properly. We paid a little more than we expected... but are very happy with the outcome. Thank you Container Store. We will be back!

Love this place! If you have a need for containers, storage, or just overall organizational tools that you didn't know existed, it's worth checking out.

Highly recommended this store. I had some design solutions created and mailing didn’t exactly align. No fear. The staff was so nice and understanding. All issues resolved beyond what I had expected. Super!!

I've been here twice in the past couple weeks, 3 transactions. I bought something that didn't quite fit in my space, so I returned and got something else that did work.
All three times dealing with staff were awesome. The people who worked there were kind and knowledgeable. The first time I was accidentally doubled charged for part of a build your own shelf unit, and when I brought it up to the cashier during my return she immediately understood and gave the refund without and frustration or grief.

Spent the last few months debating if we should redo our very large closet. I worked with Nigel and he guided and comforted me through the process (huge expense!). We talked for a few months and while I waited for the holiday sale. Mistakes were made when ordering (entirely my fault!) and Nigel was patient and informative. I am so excited to have my new closet installed in a few weeks. This store has won a customer for life. Thanks for everything!

This store really surprised me in a good way. This store is flat out awesome for organization. There are great organizing ideas that you never thought of I'm addition, their holiday shop in December is top notch with awesome wrapping paper and bows, stocking stuffers for adults and kids.

I should add they have awesome birthday and wedding wrapping paper as well.

I went there to shop for a shelve n found one I liked. It cost around $90 bucks but after I went up to pay 4 it, the employee gave me an extra 15% percent for just signing up to their container store rewards program which I didn't mind doing.. but mind you when you shop there, they may not have what yr looking 4, bc of the shortages happening...bc when I paid for mines, I would have to wait till January n that is nothing.. the original shelve I wanted which was a different color wouldn't be ready 4 me to pick up until June.. so don't be surprised if u go there n don't find what yr looking for...

I love to get organized, and when I'm looking for inspiration, ideas, supplies, I find them here! On this trip I discovered perfectly sized plastic pantry storage containers for bags of sugar and flour.

A tid bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I LOVE shopping at The Container Store for anything from lunch containers to storage containers for my kitchen all the way to my bedroom and closets and things to use in the office. I can't adequately express how much joy I get shopping at this store!

I love this store! My best partner in my quest to be organized. A work in progress to be sure. Yet, how very nice to find what I need to get the job done, as I go along!

A storage unit that I bought had pieces that broke. I reached out to the manufacturer (Keter) and was told that they don't supply spare parts for that unit in North America and that I would have to contact the store I bought it from.

I contacted this store and they helped me figure this all out. I was able to get the replacement pieces I needed for free.

Specifically, Paul was a tremendous help. He was the one that answered my phone call and came up with the solution for me. Without him, this process could've been very confusing.

He wrote a detailed note for the other associates for how to process my exchange and I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes.

A great overall customer service experience.

Love it! This store is so we'll organized although it's a little pricey it was so worth it. The costumer service is impeccable. They was so nice and friendly
