Sister Marie Charles Park

This sliver of green in the concrete jungle is a gem. I love watching the barges barging along. Great park!

Great little out of the way river front park with benches overlooking the water and barges. Tree lined nicely maintained concrete walk way. Negatives, because it is so out of the way sometimes there are homeless camps at the far end down by the railroad tracks. Never had an issue here but just something I've noticed. Guess people have to live somewhere. I do get a bit sketched out but again never had an issue during my frequent visits.

Beautiful walk nice view of river. Unfortunately hustlers have taken it over and l'm afraid to go there even in daylight.

Great, small, easily-accessible park right on the Mississippi. Parking a bit limited, but a very nice sidewalk / walking trail.

Always thought it was called "Lower Belrieve park" If the river is at the right stage, you would almost be able to touch a barge. Nice paved walkway up the bank.

Has nice views of the Mississippi and a small paved walk/bike area.
