Outside is nice. Drive thru ATM was well kept. Would have liked to seen the inside. Maybe next time if I'm ever up this way.

I've had account with Regions since 2015. I went to bank to cash a personal check and went thru drive thru and this lady, don't know her name, was at window. I pulled up gave her the check and my ID and she asked me if I had an account with Regions, I said yes, 3 accounts which one do you want? I started reading her my account number she mutes me starts talking to the person in the lane beside me. How rude could she have been? Then after about 3 minutes she comes back to me says could you repeat that? I don't know about anyone else but I was raised better than that, she should have listened when I was reading it off to her. I asked her name but she never gave it to me. If you use Regions avoid the middle aged lady with blonde hair that works the drive thru at this location. She should treat customers better than that. Too much competition to be treated like this from your own bank.

My husband has a account with regions. My account is with renasant. We are newly married. He sent me in to cash a check and get money out of his account. I have been doing this for months with 0 problems. Everyone has been very nice. Until today. This employee refused to cash the check. I told her I hadn't been having trouble and to get the Manger. She left and came back. She was very rude. Said all the other employees that had cashed it would be wrote up. Well that will be all the bank! I provide all info... show mone and his license and pay 10 dollars for the withdrawl. We will be taking our business to another bank. This employee was so rude. I will not be talk like to like that again by a little smart mouth employee.

I also had a bad experience with Stephanie Ozbirn. She seems like a very miserable, unhappy lady. Stated she had been with Regions for 17 years- I’m not sure how! She is hateful! Regions: hold your employees accountable

the customer service is absolute trash. i had a problem with my account and just wanted answers. i was very respectful until Stephanie Ozbirn of corinth, ms came into the office talking to me like i was trash and ignorant. completely rude and unprofessional. will be closing my account with the Corinth branch as soon as possible.

Terrible experience. I wanted to try and get a check approved, but instead of just telling me no, they extended the hold for a month and said I should just go get a personal loan until the funds cleared. Darla Taylor was very unprofessional and rude and Stephanie Ozbirn was extremely rude. I will be closing my account asap.
