Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Bellevue Downtown

Great location, great rooms, great staff! As a hotel employee myself, I appreciate the staff at Hilton Garden Inn Bellevue for accommodating me and being so guest oriented. I was here for work meetings and they gave me some great recommendations of things to do around Bellevue. The rooms are nice and modern, many amenities offered by the hotel, and you can’t beat the location! Special thank you to Anita? at the front desk… Not sure if that’s how it’s spelled but she was stellar!

Great hotel in close proximity to most things Bellevue has to offer. Rooms are clean and practical, nice gym and pool. Service was excellent!

I loved this place, my friend and I are definitely returning to this hotel next time. Easy commute to Seattle and the location is convenient to restaurants and H-Mart.

The front desk were very accommodating for our group and put us all on the same floor without us even asking;) perfect location, pet friendly, quiet neighbors. we were given complimentary break fast too and it was much better than most places we’ve stayed at. Highly recommend!

Great experience and service! Greeted and welcomed as soon as I walked in the lobby. My room was ready hours before the 3pm check in time which made it convenient. Walking distance from the shopping centre and restaurants. Room was beautiful, clean and bright. Would recommend for anyone staying the weekend!

Front desk is always amazing. Love the 2nd floor which has the pool and gym but is still very quiet. Parking is a little high here but overall a great place to stay if visiting Downtown Bellevue!

A very pleasant surprise!
I loved my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bellevue. The hotel is centrally located and super convenient, the rooms were big, new and clean. The service was great and so was the gym which is open 24/7. I would improve the breakfast which was really limited and offered almost no vegetables or cheese but other than that a really great stay and good value for money!

My company has a suite in the building right next door. I try to stay here whenever possible for the convenience of location, the cleanliness and the staff friendliness. On this stay it was tad more stressful, the Arline lost my luggage, I cut my finger trying to remove a safety from a razor (the irony on that is hilarious when you think about it), and just felt completely disheveled due to the start of the trip. I needed a band aid badly and the front desk had no-one to run one up to me. Josh from food services saved the day and I could tell her rushed by how fast he got there. He also made breakfast a pleasure in the mornings always smiling, kind and happy. The cook was often singing and kind. The staff in the hotel from Ivan and Josh in food services, front desk etc. are wonderful and welcoming. The bartender/server did great in helping me get the meals I needed (getting ones macros can be a challenge) and he worked his tail off to take care of everyone that entered his area.

I'd love to see Steamers instead of irons!

Great experience at the hotel. Staff is very welcoming. Rooms are nice and clean. Would highly recommend. Parking garage can be a bit tight for full size SUVs, especially at 10 at night when the garage is full.
It be nice if they made a separate parking area for those.

I can’t imagine what the low reviews are about because we liked this hotel better than a lot of the 4-4.5 star hotels we have stayed at. The rooms were nice, modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Nice size tv. Fridge and microwave. Good size closet with safe. Dark curtains that kept the light out. Good location. Parking was free with ticket from front desk. Pool was nice and good for kids. Nice lobby with snacks and drinks. Price was decent. Would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel and location for the price, clean room and bathroom, front desk staff were nice. Did not use parking, pool, or hot tub. Received small room upgrade with Hilton gold and used f&b credit on marketplace snacks. Ac was loud but I just turned it off

This is one of the most beautiful Hilton Garden Inn’s I have ever stayed it in. It rivals many Hilton properties. The location is perfect. In a quiet area but just blocks from downtown Bellevue and the hub of activity. There are parks nearby, a fantastic Children’s Museum is on the next block. It is near everything a short distance from the freeway. It is very safe area with no concerns for walking in the evening.

The lobby is huge with many areas to sit and gather with friends. It is bright open and classy. The hotel in spotless and well maintained. The room are in excellent condition with the standard hotel amenities. The beds are very comfy. AC worked great. Bathroom fully updated and well lit. Staff was friendly.

The pool is indoor and has a hot tub. Lots of towels provided and sitting areas. Next to the pool there is an outdoor patio with fireplaces and lots of places to sit.

Parking is pricey but there is some street parking nearby for overnight.

We ate dinner in the evening and it was very good. The bar is nice with lots of seating.

The only downside was the breakfast. It is both a buffet and a la carte menu. The buffet is $20 which is a lot as it offers less than most HGI’s do. No custom eggs to order. If you want custom you must order from the menu they told us. The fruit in the buffet was very limited, so was the pastries and bread. There was only bacon and no sausage offered. Waffles were only on the menu. The service was mediocre at best. The quality of what was in the buffer was good but not great. The breakfast sandwich on the menu was very good. It would be better to order from the menu if having breakfast.

Close to everything. The shopping malls boutique spas,Float sauna plunge, Kyro Lots of Restaurants in the mall. Walking 10 mins away. Parking at the Mall is pricey unless you get validating. It was faster to walk.

Clean, new, quiet. The restaurant has a decent burger for hotel food. It’s in a generally safe area in Bellevue and I felt safe walking around alone in the area.

I stay in a lot of hiltons across the world and Chaz was great and welcoming. Awesome.service

Very nice new hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Family friendly we were able to get two adjoining rooms. There is a pool and a hot tub with towels and a fitness room. The pool is open very late so you can go out to dinner then come back to swim or sit in hot tub. So conveniently located to Bellevue Square just a few minutes walk. The parking is limited at hotel but they let us park next door when it was full and it is actually cheaper.

I was here on a business trip and stayed for four nights. This is a centralized place, closer to many restaurants and offices and some of the residential buildings as well. Unless you need room service they don't bother you. There were enough towels and toiletries so you don't have to really call them for anything. It was good to see a water bottle was available in case you need it of course for a price. There is a fridge which was pretty handy when I bought some takeouts and also they have a microwave and coffee making machine. I enjoyed my peaceful stay here. Definitely recommend. The staff is very helpful and polite.

Bathrooms are barn door style, so definitely NOT ideal if traveling with individuals not close to you or if you just want privacy when you go to the bathroom! Beautiful hotel, nice staff, very clean and safe area. Small parking garage, fills up when hotel is full, but staff was very accommodating and allowed us to park up top.

The hotel was really nice and service was excellent. Rooms are modern and clean. The kids really enjoyed the exercise room, pool and hot tub. The outdoor patio on 2nd floor was great where we watched TV while keeping an eye on the kids playing in the pool. The hotel is very close to Bellvue Square and some great restaurants.
