Mark tyler and tara on 11/9/2023 they were called due to me having seizures and I didn't want to go to the hospital and they were very nice and caring they were adamant about that I needed to get checked and I'm glad I did They were amazing

In Feb I needed an ambulance. My insurance covered it's share I paid mine. They then tried to charge me for seven runs that I NEVER TOOK in month of March. It took 3months a fraud investigator to get them to admit that they had made a mistake. I get an invoice showing 0 balance. The next week I get 3 notices that I have been turned over to a collection agency. Back to fraud investigator to get those backed out. Im not angry , I AM LIVID.
