Great place for used or new tires. They are super fast and super affordable. David at the front desk was super nice and helpful!

Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile. I explained to them what i needed, they quoted me a price. It was cheaper than the 2 i was quoted prior to them beibg recommended. They pulled my car right in and began working on it right then. So far so good. Oh, and the sitting area is nice and clean.

Just moved to Charlotte and had an issue with my tire leaking air. Came in and Patrick and the team took great care of my car. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! They are great and will be using them in the future!

Had damaged tire and stopped in off the highway for a rare tire size on an 2002 Buick Century. They delivered and installed within one hour. Very friendly. $137 installed including tax.

I love these guys!!! I had to replace rim on my Camaro and brought it to Satto Tire. They changed it QUICKLY and extremely professional!!! I am so glad they were recommended to me.

Update: I went back today because my rear tire was losing air. The worker PATIENTLY checked the tire for me, and I was safely rolling again. LOVE THESE GUYS 🥰🥰🥰🥰

They did such a great job with fixing my car and their prices are reasonable and they we're very fast and David helped me out so much definitely recommended this tire shop

I NEVER EVER have to wait when I come to SAATO on S. Tryon St.! I’d like to think it’s because I’m a lady; but I know it’s because of the professional, hard-working staff that work there! They are so efficient and fast! Please go and check out the place. They offer many services and the prices are very affordable! Great quick and friendly service. And they are open a little later than most for new AND used tires.

They have commercial Account option and if you are commercial you can ask them to open a account to use it. the price is much better than Pep Boys

The workers here are so nice!! I bought my tires from here. They always help me out if I have minor issues, like a patch that I had to get because of a nail I ran over. They checked my tire pressure and made sure all of my tires were good! Thanks guys for your excellent customer service skills!

If you live in Charlotte and you’re not taking your vehicles to Satto, you should really reconsider. Pricing and turnaround times are mind blowing. I will continue to bring my vehicles here.
