Her connections are to the best of the best, you can feel confident knowing you will NOT find another broker who is more devoted to developing and flowing from a steady consistent stream of excellence.

Jess is UNMATCHED. She is one of the most devoted, hardest working people I have ever met in my life! While Lori was the Confidence we needed, Jess was our Calm. She was able to keep us level headed and focused. Always there for every question, every worry, every issue, every problem…and every celebratory milestone along our journey. She’s not afraid to get in your crawl space, climb in your attic or comb through the home for any thing missed. This girl knows her stuff! And she knows how to advocate and fight for your concerns and needs. I was confident in every tough situation that arose because we had Jess in our corner pocket and Lori in the other.

If you are looking for the best, these ladies are it. It doesn’t get better. We know, we looked! We interviewed, met with, consulted and began work with several realtors before we began this year (and in previous years) and often times pulled out because the lack of professionalism, lack of competency and lack of work ethic was just to much to navigate.

Working with Property Specific Realty was the best experience ever! Our agents Lori Webb and Carrie Richardson were our contacts at Property Specific Reality. They were both exceptional realtors and their insight and understanding of our specific needs was excellent. Moving from NY and not knowing much about NC, we needed a lot of direction and help in choosing our new property.
