Hwy 42 cafe & Hershey’s Ice Cream

So glad I found this amazing place! Everything was delicious. I wish I could have tried the rolled ice cream too. All the staff was so very kind and even helped with recommendations. Can't wait to go back and try the different sandwiches!

Amazing sandwiches and ice cream is awesome. The staff is top notch and we love this place. We were expecting just a little place and had lower expectations but this places rocked. Trust me if you like bagels, sandwiches, ice cream, and breakfast, and oh yea iced and hot coffee drinks. then this is your all in one stop.

First time here tonight. Ordered bagel with cream cheese and peppermint bark latte. The bagel was toasted perfectly and there was plenty of cream cheese on the bagel. The latte was excellent as well. The service was great and prompt! Would definitely stop here again!

Number one this place has a sanitation score of 99!!! Everyone was super friendly and our food was ready in less than 5 minutes! Donuts, croissants,breakfast sandwiches and iced coffee are what caught my eye here but we saw that they do rolled icecream too that we will be back to try! I had the iced salted Caramel macchiato and western breakfast croissant and my daughter had the bacon egg and cheese everything bagel with a mango dragonfruit smoothie

Wonderful little shop of great treats and sandwiches. Always come for the huge portions of ice cream, but today we tried their breakfast and it did not disappoint. ALL treats, goodies, bagels, etc. are homemade and delicious.

Delicious! Stopped in just because we saw ‘coffee shop’ on the store sign! We got a Medium Iced Mocha Latte and a Medium Iced Mocha Macchiato. Dairy free - made with almond milk, no whip. Very friendly and delicious!

One of my favorite places in Clayton. The service is amazing - the people that work here are kind, attentive, and so hardworking. They remember my name, so when I walk in, my order is ready to go! Also, the food and ice cream is fantastic. They even have a Lox breakfast sandwich, and as a Jersey native, it’s my favorite!

Me and my husband love this place. We always go on Sundays before church. Customer service is excellent & they’re quick. Food & coffee are delicious. 10/10 recommend.

The food is amazing, the service is awesome. Came in and got the cheddar cheese bagel, and an oat milk latte. The lady at the register was very kind and helpful, will definitely be returning for more morning visits

I ordered the brownie rolled ice cream with mini M&Ms and it was great. Also ordered a Nutella and strawberry bagel on a French toast bagel for breakfast the next day and it was fantastic. Can't wait to try some of their sandwiches next time.

Great local place for a quick bite, coffee, deserts or ice cream. Get there early for the bagels before they run out!!

Love highway 42 cafe!!!!! They always have the best lattes and bagel sandwiches. I haven’t tried their lunch yet but I’m sure it’s amazing!!!! My fiancé and I get coffee and food here atleast every other weekend ☺

It was so cool to see the fresh cream rolled out into ice cream with fresh fruit. My family and Really enjoyed it thank you so much for the hospitality!

Overall a great experience! I ordered the smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuit, and it was delicious! Better than going through the Mc Chain drive thru.

Awesome as always. Our power was out due to Ian, so went to get our breakfast. It was amazing. They deal with a lot people at the same time very well. We often get cold coffees, ice cream, or milkshakes and are never left disappointed. Prices are really reasonable too.

Hands down best spot to go for breakfast, lunch,doughnuts and ice cream! Visit at least once a week. Great Service!
