I have been to Lowes many times. I have recently had multiple visits and I was helped by Morganna! She is absolutely awesome! She always has a smile on her face and is very knowledgeable. She has always been patient on helping me and I have never felt rushed. Thanks for the great customer service!

This Lowe’s just got all my business, by simply having Tammi and Scott going above and beyond. She got me signed up on rewards and saving me some serious cash. Scott help me load the materials like a professional, I called my other contractors friends and told them to sign up for the rewards program and to come to this location, Tammi would take care of them. Thanks again for your awesome service!!

We went to home Depot to find chemicals their website said they had in stock. Their website shows locations of items, they locations were all wrong and no one updated their site. We left home Depot and came here to Lowe's. We instantly found the chemicals where they were supposed to be. They are more professional and their website locator is accurate. Home Depot could learn from Lowe's. Choose Lowe's.

I want to give a big shout out and thank you to the Norman Lowes team, especially Libby. My wife and I have been without a hot water heater for a while now and Libby made the entire process of buying one so easy. This location has a large inventory and good prices. They also have a Libby. More hardware stores need a Libby!

Great store for picking up home improvement items. Employees don't ask you if you need help but you can typically find someone fast. They always have what I come in for and at a good price.

Always a pleasant experience at this location. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Me and wife was recently shopping around for new carpet for bedrooms and let me say Caden was beyond exceptional. He did the very best with the cost of the materials beating out several competitors. We were pleased with his thoughtfulness on our budget but still managing to get the high quality carpet and pad. Blown away by this.

We don't have a large hardware type store in our town and use what we do have as often as possible but when we do need that special something Lowes is the place to get it !! Just got finished with a large deck around a new pool and of course purchased all our lumber at Lowes too...

Their flowers and shrubs are always very nice looking. They are never dried out and half dead like other places. I have an order to pick up on 7-17-23 as a matter of fact. They have what I need!!

First, I love Lowe's. Second, I recently decided to begin a garden project, and turned to Lowe's for my garden design materials. Despite the fact that I may have bit off more than I can chew, the staff was SO friendly and helpful over the weekend. They loaded up both my car and my husbands with cinder blocks and concrete blocks and were just super friendly and helpful. The staff here seems to care about their customers and are happy to help out.

I shop there regularly and none out of ten times they've got what I need.

Went to see if they had a red primer spray paint. It showed they had 5. They had 11 and they were marked down. It made the drive from Moore to Norman worth it. The young man in the paint dept. was very helpful and nice. A very pleasant experience. Gave 5 stars for all the help he gave me.

I visited the store several times after moving into Norman area. I love staff there. They are so friendly and professional. They answered all of my inquiries on products or process for specific projects.

Calm atmosphere and found what we needed fairly quickly compared to the size and weirdly places aisles in Home Depot you don't have to fill every square inch remember that because it can take forever in there trying to find what you need and get the heck out. I enjoy my military discounts at each location though much appreciated. 👍🏾

It’s a Lowe’s. They do it as well as any lowes. Generally helpful. Can be busy. No real complaints. It is what it is.
