I have never had a bad experience here. So far I've been helped with what I'm looking for and I've met employess who did take time to listen what I was looking for. Noted there's been a couple try to show me things little more pricey lol but nothing major. Overall service has been good. Recently bought a TV and ended up being faulty and they were able to test it and see what it was doing and they exchanged it for the exact same one with no issues. Will continue to shop here and you can catch good deals on products.

Customer service was awesome throughout the store. I was greeted, and shown the return desk for cables I was returning for a different kind. I spoke to three other employees who were polite and helpful. A little expensive there, but we are in hard times, so. Overall, very pleasant location to visit!

The Geek Squad team at Best Buy provided exceptional assistance in running diagnostics on my husband's PC and successfully eliminating a virus. They did an outstanding job and went the extra mile by following up with us, ensuring that we were well-informed throughout the entire process.

I ordered my PC from here and it was shipped very quickly! I love the quality and I would definitely recommend Best Buy!

Just did a curb side pick up . Went smoothly pulled up informed them I was the waited a few minutes and an associate showed up received my conformation number. Gave me the capacitor. Then I left.

Love this place💕 Best Buy is our go to store for all our needs. We bought a new Washing Machine & now cannot wait for them to deliver it & let the washing begin.

I went in for robot parts (don't ask it's not going well.) They told me they didn't have flamethrowers or articulating robot wrist but I did get a great deal on a sony sound bar and excellent customer service! Definitely a place I will assume command of after my robot army is complete!!!! 9.4 out of 10 would recommend!

The staff and Dr were exceptionally nice and helpful. Grateful to have such a trustworthy and compassionate DVM and surgeon.

I was looking at yamaha Receivers asked a lot of questions, About it and the guy's always had an answer Some things they didn't know. Because I didn't know. They were all Polite So I went ahead and bought me a Yamaha receiver I'll be back to buy some speakers for it

They have a decent selection of the latest toys (electronics) and appliances from the expected brands. The sales folks are helpful but not too pushy. I've generally been pleased with the Geek Squad's service on appliances. The last time a replacement was required, they did me right in every respect.
If you're buying a lot of electronics, their Total Tech option is good because it covers basically everything you buy without an additional expense every time. Not worth it if you only buy a couple of things a year, but we buy lots of stuff so it has saved us money. Wait, I mean we've spent less money... or something. Hmmm.

We were helped right away & taken straight to the products we were looking for. The employee was friendly & helpful. Got us checked out right away & it was all a breeze.

Zayn and Cannon are the best I grew up without technology at home and they were super nice and were so kind and patient when helping me set up a payment plan and picking out a computer for school. Unbelievable how nice they were even when it was obvious I didn’t know anything

This particular BB was nothing but friendly. Returning a (smoking) paper shredder went without a hitch thanks to staff help.

I was told that the Norman Best Buy is the best place to get the remote car starter purchased at an OKC Best Buy installed.
It was worth the drive. The installation didn't take as long as they said, which is always nice.
They took the time to explain what the remote did and let me try it out on site to make sure I felt comfortable.
I did shop the store while waiting and found that on that day and time all the staff knew what they were doing and were helpful and friendly.

They actually had the item in stock that the website said thayd have! And it was correctly priced! Hooray!

The peeps here are real cool. Most are helpful and are really nice. There is usually at least one person in every department who is a specialist so product knowledge is high and the best part is the sales associates are not on commission so they are not pushing sale sale sale on you the whole time.

The manager at this time is Richie. Super chill and easy to talk to.

The Samsung experts are super helpful... as long as your not an apple customer (just kidding even then I've seen them above and beyond just to help a customer). Def recommend visiting them first before going to a carrier store.

Good deals on open box items and yes they do price match.

I enjoyed this place enough to buy a really affordable 55" Roku TV. Customer service reps seem to check in on you as soon as you walk in with a friendly smile and then respect your space and time to peruse around to find what you're looking for and were able to look up answers if they honestly didn't know. I didn't feel pressured to buy any particular brand instead I was shown a range of brands and options with the TV size, quality, and price range.

I just got a new laptop and upgraded the storage to a 1 TB SSD here and saved over $500 from list price. I got incredible service and advice from Nathan!! He answered all of my questions very thoroughly and pleasantly, even though I'm sure he gets the same questions dozens of times. And he gave me very good advice - and was careful not to steer me toward any particular product. I highly recommend him, it was a good shopping experience and I'm very happy with my new laptop!

Don’t usually leave reviews but felt the need to after my experience! Had to wait just a little while to get someone to help me (5-6 minutes) but I honestly needed that much time to decide what I wanted to get. After a bit, Daniel came and helped me pick out the headphones and was very kind the whole time. Can always appreciate great customer service!
