Highly recommend. The customer service was fantastic! I worked with Gen, and she was beyond helpful and kind throughout our interaction. Also, the few tellers I spoke with were very sweet and helpful. If you want a bank with good representatives, this is the bank for you!!

The best experience I have ever had at a financial institution. Max Jones is the BEST manager I have ever seen. I got my identity stolen, I went into the branch nervous, shaking, and hopeless trying to get an account. I was pretty sure they were just going to look at the report and turn me away instead of listen to my story, as that’s what has happened every other time. He really listened to me and heard me. He treated me as an equal and he was able to open an account for me. This is the first time I have had a debit card in I don’t know how long. I walked out with all smiles and tears in my eyes. It’s so refreshing knowing there is good people in the world. He will have no idea how much he did for me, just by the smallest actions. Thank you, Max!! Thank you America First!!! I am so relieved and happy now.

We have banked with AFCU for 35 yrs and we always loved them. Lately they seem to have forgotten there members are the one who helped build them. After how we were treated this week with a auto purchase after our vehicle was totalled out we will be closing all our accounts and so will other family members. They don't even try to treat members with respect! We miss the Credit Union they were in the past!

Update: AFCU Has apologized and corrected the situation that prompted this review. With this I corrected our rating and are very pleased to get our old relationship back with AFCU.

The Heritage branch has always been very helpful and friendly! But today Kristin saved my life today! I got my credit card information stolen and was so very panicked and upset. I came in not sure what to do and she was so helpful and kind! This branch is the very best, lucky I live right next to it!

Never had an issue with this bank or any afcy branch. I've been banking with afcy for over 20 yrs and they have been wonderful

I had to put my rent and it was just over $1,000 and I know that I have $1,000 limit it could have been raised I had 3,000 in the bank but the bank was closed and was the limit not raised I had to pay my rent they they put an eviction notice on your door if you're one day late where I live now America First Credit Union doesn't charge for cashier's checks so that's why my own bank charges $10 for a cashier's check so anyway my point is my that credit union went out of its way there's only a short about a dollar and I have a Visa there and I have a checking and savings but I had very little money at this time for some reason hardly anything and they were able to get me that check so I could I had 20 minutes to get it to the office where I the rental office anyway and and they charge a big big late fee cuz we were coming on holiday weekend and it had to be paid early but I'm going to tell you the credit union is great they have been absolutely great they treat me like it's a delight to wait upon me that's what I like about it and I treat them the same way I say it's so nice to see your smiles and they they've added a lot more people I noticed a lot more people there's somebody there there's two people there to reach you when you come in there's less and there it's nice to see things are getting back to somewhat normal and I'm glad to be a member of this credit and I wish I would have done it 20 years or 30 years ago but they have been great

Love dealing with AFCU. I predominantly bank with USAA but I do have accounts with America First Credit Union due to having multiple vehicle loans with them. They are easy to communicate with and understand that people are more than simply numbers and credit scores.

This AMFCU is the best.. I don't know how to describe my gratitude and appreciation for everyone there. What they have done for my family and I is just amazing. Max you're the man and Sherri you're just an angel and don't even know it..your guys support has been great and like no other for a financial institution as well as everyone else along the way that has helped us out...I just want to say thank you again for everything you all have done ya know going through these personal times about to have brain surgery for my epilepsy makes me look and appreciate things a lot more and the support I received here has been outstanding and I can't say thank you enough to everyone so thank you all again.

Each time I come to this branch the employees are so nice and helpful. I am always greeted with a smile. They are quick and there usually is not a line.
