I went in for a Colonoscopy on 3/3/2022 and this staff Rocks! Everyone is a total professional. Dr. Marion is an awesome doctor and has a great bedside manner. Kudos to this staff.

Very unprofessional office staff
Had to call them to get test results after being told at Iredell memorial hospital the results would be sent over within a day (I called 5 days later) after being prescribed medication for an infection (2week supply) my problem started to act up again. When I called them they told me the first appointment was 2 weeks out I asked if the prescription could be renewed they said the pa/rn would have to authorize never received a call or script send to my pharmacy.I called the next day and was told April must have not gotten to it before she left for the day . They said the would message her with an urgent request.(on a Friday morning) never received a call back . After going all weekend not feeling good I called on Monday morning to be told I would have to wait for my appointment (2week out) before anything could be authorized. I found out piedmont health care has second office in Statesville I called them to make an appointment I explained what happened at the other office and told her I did not want to go back to them . Not only did she apologize for what happened but was able to get me in to she a doctor in her office the SAME day. Don’t waste your time with the office on mocksville highway go see the professionals at the office on Signalhill drive.

I scheduled my appointment multiple weeks out due to the fact that I needed to schedule time off and rides to and from clinic, just to have them cancel my appointment. As if everyone can easily just work around the doctors schedule and aren't busy themselves. F*** this place.

Dr Foulks is very rude & doesn't care about it's sick patients. Very rude. He came to my room at hospital & told me "He didn't have time for beside visits, he was too busy with emergency patients" so why do you want a doctor that has no time for you?

It was SHAMEFUL to treat a patient who is suffering the way he did, said he only wanted to do a procedure to keep the lights on, such an uncaring individual!! Bedside and listening manners need tremendous work, only interested in doing procedures.
