Staff, at all levels, were very competent. The entire experience was very enjoyable ( considering at a hospital and not an amusement park. Food was very good; one area that needs more attention was the roasted fish-I my opinion it was overcooked, but still edible. Don’t understand why staff that delivers the food cannot set it on the table so that the patient can eat. Found most of the professional staff more than helpful. Overall, enjoyed my stay very much.

The nursing staff and the staff in general were so caring and kind. When my daughter's health took a turn, everyone was quick to act to get her stable and get her where she needed to be. Everyone made sure we were comfortable. And my daughter and I were well taken care of during our time there. Thank you, Iredell maternity floor ❤

I smashed my finger last night and popped it like a Vienna sausage. The amazing crew got me patched up and feeling better in no time. Every single person I interacted with from beginning to end was warm, caring, cheerful and had an outstanding bedside manner. A special thank you to my doctor (awesome stitch work) and nurse Chris who kept me laughing through the pain. Thank you all so much!

Was there for same day surgery. From the time we walked in the door til the time we left, we knew what was going on and the next step and was treated like people and not a number. I can’t say enough about Dr. Pugh and the surgical team, they were courteous, kind and caring and made sure we understood all that would take place. Great experience from the time we walked in until we left. From the receptionist at the front to the recovery/discharge all did an excellent job. Thank you

Every person that I interacted with during my procedure at IHS, from the entrance desk to the person who assisted me to my vehicle afterwards, acted very professionally. I was treated kindly every step of the way. The nurse who inserted my IV was so gentle I barely felt it going in and all the care I required post procedure was handled with my modesty foremost. To recap, I had a very pleasant experience throughout.

We had a bit of a difficult birthing situation but the staff was absolutely amazing! All the doctors, nurses, and staff took exceptional care of me and my baby. Thank you Iredell Birth Center, we love and appreciate all you did for us!

I had to bring my daughter to the emergency room due to a high fever and when I say this is the first time a nurse from this place had made me feel heard. My child is autistic and Ms.cassie was so down to earth and very patient with my child.i really appreciate how she took care of us. I’m very thankful we had her 💕

The staff could not have been nicer or more caring. They were professional and took time to answer my questions. I felt like I was in very capable hands.

I was on 1 North for 5 days and was very pleased with all the nurses and CNA's. I had very good care. It was my first experience with this hospital but will be my hospital of choice from now on. I rate it a 5 star experience.

All the people that helped us were professional and also treated me with kindness and respect. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
They understood my pain and cared for me well. The physician therapists who helped me were exceptionally kind ,professional and so helpful.

Fantastic from beginning to the end.
Every person did their job professionally and earnestly.

When the anesthesia staff, Dr Upp and Johnathon asked if I would need a relaxing agent I was able to tell them no, because I had complete confidence in their abilities.

A few minutes later Dr Pugh came and did her job with precision and removed my gallbladder.
I have almost no pain at all.
Small enough that Tylenol takes care of it.

This is Sunday morning at 6:30am, not quite 36 hours later, and I am doing fantastic.

Was able to go through a Christmas Drive Thru Friday night.
I’m able to eat with no issues.

Could not ask for any better service.

Everyone was extremely kind, efficient, Professional and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to assist in any way. Was even given a much needed cup of coffee, which was so good!! Thank you all so much!! Keep doing what your doing!

The office staff were amazing. Very friendly and attentive. Dr. Batley took time to hear my concerns and treated me accordingly. Was a fantastic experience.

I was very pleased Dr Hrko. He can in on a Saturday evening and did surgery to remove my Gallbladder and I also had hernia surgery.
The Nurses and CNA's on the 5th floor were awesome. I started in the Emergency Room and was taken care of from the time I arrived to the time I was discharged.

Such a nice hospital. Everyone was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. Definitely is our hospital of choice when needed.

I went for chest pains . They all were really great . The doctor did a great job on me . He had to put a stint in . I didn't even know it was in . Nurses & cna all we wonderful. I have to go back and get 2 more put in so I know I will be in great hands. Great job y'all.

From start to finish, it was great. The nurses recognized my pain and , took me straight back, and got things going. ER doctors were fabulous. I was admitted to the first floor and every staff member I met was incredibly compassionate and caring. My every need was met. Iredell is my first and only choice for health care.

Knowledgeable and professional but also friendly and helpful. When I was first given this option via worker's comp, I thought "don't you have someone closer." I decided to give it a try first and glad I did. Great staff and they definitely care about your improvement.

Which experience???? The 2nd floor experience was fine. The emergency entrance experience was excellent. Why are the two imaging departments merged. It would save a lot of time and 88 year old energy if all imaging departments were merged into one hospital section...
