Passing thru the service was good. People in the parking lot waving traffic. The girl who took my order got it wrong first but she fixed it. Over all a good experience.

Pretty upbeat atmosphere on a Friday night, the workers are chill, the food is good. I appreciated it the service, it was quick and precise, it's nice to take your family or friends to sit inside. Lines moved fairly quick.

Great place to eat and bring your kids, especially on a busy night after school or practice! Came to do some work and eat, and was able to be productive and get a full belly!

I get the hash brown scramble b-fast bowl almost every day after I get off work @ 7am. Great quality food. My only complaint is the portion size is sometimes small/sometimes XL. I never know what to expect as far as portion size.

I always use the drive-thru. The way the Statesville drive-thru is set up is like a well oiled machine. It's interesting to watch. The food is always great and the employees are always kind.

In and out of the drive thru quickly as usual, great staff. The “golden” of fast food business! Innovation, good product and property design.

Great as always. Chick fil A is one of the only fast food establishments left where you can actually get decent customer service and encounter employees that are enthusiastic about their jobs

Never a bad meal here. I love their lemonade! All the food is great! The service is top notch. The atmosphere is always kind with customer service is #1.

What can i say? Its Chick-fil-a !! Its fast, the food is hot and they are always friendly. 5***** all the way.

This Chick-fil-A location in Statesville North Carolina was absolutely top-notch. The food was perfect. The service was impeccable. A lady even came to our table and took our trash and used trays away after our meal while we were talking AAA+++++++ hats off to all the employees who worked during the lunch hour on July 11, 2023 you guys were hustling hard if only all restaurants had the service and quality food that you guys have just really can’t brag on this experience enough location manager, pat, your people on the back!!!!!!!!!! Four adults yesterday all fur had a great experience!!

Fast and very friendly staff .....always a nice time stopping for a quick bite or ice dream cones and shakes

The director I believe her name was Angela greeted my daughter and I with a warm smile and a welcoming greeting which is awesome customer service and makes anyone feel welcomed. If other businesses would train their employees the same way as they do here I’m sure it would it would increase their business for above the food customer service is EVERYTHING! Hats off Angela to a job well done ! 👍

Giving 5* this time bc it was perfect service, and food...this time. Usually, doesn't matter how much or little I purchase, I always have something missing, or wrong, on my order. But not this time!! Yay!!

I was very pleased with not having to go back inside (after sitting in the crowded and packed drive thru for a good while, only to say something wasn't right, and having to go thru the packed inside crowd- and thru multiple employees while repeating what my issue is to each person, and THEN having to wait yet AGAIN for a manager to fix said issue. Granted, I was always pleasant when explaining my issue because accidents do happen, and working at a restaurant at age 19, I know how difficult and stressful it can be when you're packed and have a set amount of time, from ordering to sending out the food, to get it done. It just gets aggravating when it happens literally EVERY TIME (except this time) you go lol.

One of the best Chick-fil-A's I have ever been in. It was busy and packed as it was a Saturday. They were keep outside lines moving; inside was neat and clean....tables cleaned immediately when someone left. They had tons of staff to make sure everthing happened well.....and it did!

Great grilled chicken sandwiches and our 6 year old had fun in the playground.

Great Staff! Never be disappointed!!!! We went back last night and the young girl at the drive through that took our order was so sweet and pleasant to do business with, I have not experienced anyone that is not sweet, well kept, friendly and welcoming !So please be respectful to these people! It’s nice to see young folks without nose piercings and tattoos everywhere! A sight for sore eyes. Thank you corporate for keeping staff that is a nice sight to see!!! And a sanitary one!😉🤗🤗🤗🤗 please keep it up and reward such great young people maybe they will stay that way!!!! Thanks again!

We stopped off the interstate for a quick lunch.
I could not believe how busy this restaurant was. They did a great job. Quick service, and we had our food quickly as well. The food was great as always!!
