Banner Drug

Oh this place really picked the ball up where Walgreens dropped it. I had a prescription sent to the later and they said for 4 weeks mind you, that the manufacturer was in back order. So I had it called into this place, Banner. When I went in, they had it ready to go and I showed my i.d. and they handed to me...No waiting on anything. It was fantastic. This is of course my first visit. I will have updates as I am having my prescriptions sent here from now on.

We have been customers of Banner Drug for twenty five years. The customer service is the BEST! Let's face it...who knows more about you than your Pharmacist? But, they love us anyway. Staff is super and knowledgeable and it's just fun to walk in the door.

Banner Drug is our local independently owned pharmacy here in Statesville, NC. The pharmacists and staff are so helpful with any medication needs. They have fast and friendly service and it is always a joy to see their smiling faces.

I had to stop in while traveling and the staff could tell I was not a "local". They treated me like family! I was able to get just what I needed in a fast, friendly manner. I'll definitely return when in the area!

The staff has been super helpful in aligning my prescriptions to be filled concurrently saving trips to the pharmacy. They are willing to communicate with me through text which I appreciate.

Banner has been my family Drug Store for many years now. I plan to continue using Banner as my Pharmacy because they're friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and they are fast. When you walk in it's such a nice down home atmosphere. You can visit with your neighbor or chat with the person beside you while waiting for your prescription to be prepared. I would recommend my Banner to everyone!

Let me just say, I LOVE this pharmacy! I switched some of my prescriptions from a chain store who actually told me to take my prescription somewhere else because my insurance had to be filed manually. I have had great service every time I have filled a prescription. Delivery has been especially helpful during the stay at home time.

Very content with the service they gave us at the drive -thru. Even though we had a question about our prescription, was fixed immediately upon time of service. Still very friendly and professional.

Melinda and crew really cover all the bases to make sure my healthcare needs are met. They understand the nuances of billing and get me the best prices on my meds.

I'm one of those people that come in 20 minutes after my doctor sends in my prescription (because I live 45 minutes away and I'm as impatient as they come) but banner drug always has me in and out with no wait at all, much better than the chain pharmacys!

Just recently switch to this pharmacy, and i have to say i couldnt be happier. The only reason i gave them 5 stars , is because i cant give them 6.
