Signature Brew Coffee Company

Due to the quarantine, I ordered a bag of coffee for local delivery. It was delivered to me the same day. The Nicaragua blend was smooth and well balanced. I recommend Signature Brew and their selection of coffees. I drink John's coffee as frequently as I can. Candidly, it feels good to know that him and his company are around to make sure I always have access to a FINE cup of coffee.

Stopped in today at new location and had the best cup of coffee I've ever had outside of France or Italy. Amazing taste and flavor.
John has more than perfected the art of roasting his own beans.
I'll definitely be back.

Best breakfast burrito around, I crave it when I haven't been! The coffee tastes great and the staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is comfortable, there is an area with toys for the kids. They are open Sunday morning at 9.

Their one dollar coffee when you bring your own mug is high quality and well worth the price. Yesterday I ordered a specialty latte with half the Syrup and it was perfect. The bagels are from a local caterer and when freshly toasted, become done off the best ever. Great wine selection and beers fire layer in the day. Stop here!

I spend hours a month here, whether just picking up a bagel to go, enjoying a glass of wine, or just working on homework. A relaxing environment, fresh organic foods that are local when possible and always organic, and delicious fair-trade coffee. Recently expanded into various nice wines, served at fantastic prices! Coffee beans are roasted on site so it they are unbelievably fresh, and I love that I can buy bags to brew the coffee at home. The free WiFi is convenient and the location is, too! I highly recommend you visit this lovely establishment!

Friendly owner and proprietor made me the best cup of coffee I've had in years. 'till I can get back to Sylva I fear I'll be chasing the proverbial Dragon trying to find a match locally.

I have been coming here for years, ever since the first time I walked in for a $1 coffee and met John, the owner. My daughter and I visit quite frequently for food, coffee and atmosphere (the free Wi-Fi is nice too). I no longer go to any other coffee houses in Sylva, and feel like I'm cheating if I have to go to one when I'm in another town ; ). I highly recommend this place for food, coffee, wine and music.

John is the sweetest man youll ever meet. He makes you feel welcome and at home. He also makes the BEST coffee in Sylva! Especially the Butternut Latte! Its caramel and hazelnut and delicious!

I love Signature Brew!

Very cute. Very friendly barista. Pastries may be a little disappointing for the price, but in their defense, we were in just before close so they had been in the cooler all day. Really loved the art on the walls though!

I loved this place. The atmosphere was friendly and the coffee was the best in town.
I went yesterday to pick up some beans and instead of Signature Brew I found an overpriced women's clothing boutique in its storefront.

THE BEST cup of coffee I have ever had and I love coffee. The Purple Onion in Saluda has good coffee but Signature Brew Coffee Company is the bomb.

Great coffee with fast friendly service. They have a drive up window, but I didnt use it. I asked for a half caffeine/ half decaf and it was accented readily. (Some places thats not so!)

Spectacular coffee, freshly roasted, great food , wine, and scrumptious baked goods...a wonderful atmosphere to relax and reconnect. A "gotta go" to place when you are traveling the Smoky Mountains...

Take your own mug in and coffee is $1.00. John roasts his coffee and has bagels with pastries, etc. I like sitting in the window to look out !

Quality Coffee and be sure to take a bag home. For real coffee lovers, this is a place to visit.
