Chris wright is a wonderful pharmacist. He and Peggy were so very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Realo in Clayton for pharmacy needs as well as answering questions. Very happy I stopped in today.

Absolutely wonderful service! The cashier Caleb was one of the most respectful young men I’ve ever interacted with. Mr Chris was also very helpful when I had a question about my medication! I would highly recommend this location!

Everyone at Realo is extremely helpful and kind. They are always willing to take time to answer any questions. Plus you don't have to wait a long time to get your prescription filled and ready for pickup or delivery. They are the best drugstore I have ever done business with.

I grew up where the pharmacist knew who you were. They knew what meds one was on and cared about the person. Those days are gone with "big box" pharmacies like CVS, Wallgreens, Walmart, etc. at the end of the day, are they care about is filling scripts. Today's pharmacies are measured on quantity and not quality. Look, Realo may not be the cheapest but, there is value to staff who genuinely care about your well-being and strive for excellence. I myself could go through my provider's mail program to save money. Howver, I want to feel cared for. I do not want to be just a number. At Realo- they know your name. They care about you. They do not make you wait hours. They communicate effectively and follow through. If you trust your well-being to less, well... good luck. Would you go to a neurosurgeon from Groupon? Make the change.

When I made the switch to Realo @ Pritchard Rd. 2 years ago, I didn't know I'd actually enjoy coming to the pharmacy. The entire staff is super kind, caring, knowledgeable, and efficient. Chris, the pharmacist, has helped me immensely with my questions about drug interactions, and various others pertaining to my medications. It's crystal clear he cares about the well being of his customers, is compassionate, and ensures he provides the most accurate answers. I'm so grateful for the Realo team at this location. I highly recommend Realo to anyone looking to switch to a new pharmacy! I'd give them 6 stars if I could 🌟

I have been so happy since switching my prescriptions to Realo in Clayton. My parents also get their medication filled there as well. The staff is always accommodating and kind. They take their time taking care of their patients and make sure patients get the attention they need.

This pharmacy by far is the best. They are always friendly, if you have a question the pharmacist is always willing to help.
Iam bad with names but there is a lady that works the window she is the sweetest caring person, I always enjoy seeing her friendly smiling face!

We love Realo! The Clayton location has a wonderful, personal touch service. From great service, to low prices, to treats at the window for our puppy. We also get a phone call on our birthdays from Chris. Love how they participate in health fairs in the community as well!

The entire staff are always so friendly & compassionate,,,, they're willing to go above & beyond to ensure that every customer is properly cared for & that all needs are met. Clayton Realo pharmacy and staff are Awesome; one of the Best pharmacies I have Ever dealt with! I have had to interact with the majority of the pharmacies in this area over the past 20 years and the wonderful staff at Clayton Realo are by far the absolute friendliest, most caring group I have met. They always let me know they care and I appreciate their follow up service. If I need something they don’t carry, including most prescription medications, they will make every effort to get it. They always take time to speak with me on a respectful and personal level; walking in their door is like stopping in to chat with friends. Have to admit not being open on Sunday can sometimes be inconvenient, however, they have always worked with me and my doctors regarding holidays and sundays to ensure I do not go without any medications I may need. I have them listed with all of my doctors as my primary pharmacy and gladly recommend them to others for all of their pharmacy needs. As far as I’m concerned they are the Only pharmacy to go to in the Clayton, Wendell, Knightdale area. To the staff at Realo on Pritchard Rd, Clayton -Thank you! Thank you for taking those ‘extra steps’.

Probably the best pharmacy I've shopped at with a polite, caring and very professional staff. Prescriptions are generally ready when promised. The staff often calls with helpful reminders about refills or to inform me that special order medicines have arrived (often early). Prior to Realo I used a large national pharmacy chain for my prescription needs. Until these large companies realize that pharmacies are not super stores and customers are people, pharmacies like Realo, with its emphasis on customer service and accuracy, will thrive.

Best pharmacy experience in a VERY LONG time. They answer the phone, answer your questions, and even delivery your prescription. Excellent customer service and super friendly staff! Highly recommend.

Chris and Christy and the Staff at Realo Clayton do Top Notch Work. They really care about their customers are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend them to all my friends ad I wouldn't change pharmacies no matter what I was offered as incentive. Love The Folks at the Prichard Road Location!

This is the best pharmacy we've ever used. The people know me by name and are always so incredibly nice. Morgan is a favorite of mine! I'm so glad that we've switched from Walgreen's and their interminable waits! We are even saving money. I couldn't be happier.

I really love Realo in Clayton! Such amazing and friendly staff!! Our prescriptions are usually ready for pickup in about 20mins. I am sad that we moved to High Point! Hopefully they build one close to here :)
