My fiancé and I had the best customer experience with Winfield. He took the time to learn our sleep habits and listen to our needs. He showed us different options to find what best suits us. He educated us on what sleep option was best. I haven’t had a customer experience like this in a while and will shop again with Winfield. He needs a raise. Great guy and very knowledgeable.

After going to another store we stopped by here to look at mattresses for a guest room. It took no time for our salesman to direct us right to the perfect one. He knew the features of each mattress and paired us perfectly with the winning choice. Highly recommend.

Mattress firm has been great! I, easily picked and bought the mattress and pedestal I wanted and it was delivered with no problems. Not even a year later, I had an issue with the mattress and found that it had a 10 year warranty. I got it replaced and delivered with no headaches. I will be back!!!
