We worked with an agent from Coldwell to purchase a new build in Feb 2018. The builder that built the house uses a listing agent, Randy White, also out of that same Coldwell bankers office.

We were quickly warned by neighbors that if we needed to contact the builder about issues that we would have trouble resolving warranty fixes. We had hoped that not to be the case, but unfortunately it has been, very much--not only with us, but with the entire neighborhood. The number for the builder that Randy White gave us at closing goes straight to a voicemail box that is full and has been for at least the 3 months we've been trying to contact him, more according to neighbors that have been here longer. Recently, I researched the builder
online and found a totally different number on the builder's facebook page.

We will be seeking legal action if in fact our issues are not addressed by the builder prior to the expiration of our warranty. I can't in good faith recommend this Coldwell Banker office, as I was told that Randy White was the listing agent for most if not all of the houses in this neighborhood, meaning he regularly works closely alongside a builder with clearly unethical business practices.
