Excellent service. I got treated like a VIP. They let me to wear my storage unit was, I pulled my car in locked it all down the lady made sure my unit was secured. I got on the golf cart roll back to the main office and waited for my cab. I got a great deal on storage. I highly recommend this Storage Company above all others in Dallas Texas. There very professional and do a high quality job. I really impressed. Thank you for providing great service.

Ms.Pat at the Public Storage on Cockrell Hill Rd is AMAZING. She is always willing to assist and help out anytime I go in or call. She never complains or acts as if she doesn't want to help. I don't believe there has ever been a time that I've rented from them and she didn't just make you feel like family. She is truly heaven sent. Ms. Pat you have a customer for life. Thank you for all you do, and all of the words of encouragement as well. You never know how you may have touched the hearts of people who needed it.

I have rented multiple units and have had lots of questions. Pat answers them and helps greatly. I can tell she is well experienced and seeks to find the best options for me. I would recommend to all my family and friends.

Pat & Juan are the best!!! We went in to purchase 2 small boxes, and they went over and beyond to help us. You NEVER get this type of service at ANY public place. We came the first day and just dealt with Ms Pat, and she was very friendly and personable. Low and behold we had to go back the following day to get another box which is when we encountered Juan who was just as kind, friendly and eager to help us just Ms Pat did. I commend their service Every business needs to find themselves a Pat & Juan. Thanks for All your help!!

I called the corporate office on June 30, 20 to reserve a storage unit at the Cockrell location in Dallas for that day. They were helpful in securing the unit and making my reservation. However they were not very informative on the information that the customer will need to know when they arrive to the actual location. I think that is something that needs to be worked on Immediately! When I arrived at the location Ms Pat assisted me and she is the most Amazing person. Very easy to get along with, a good sense of humor, and she offered world class customer service. Anyone that I ever refer to Public Storage, I will insist on that location, just so they can meet her! She turned an uninformative situation into a positive one with, an understanding, very polite conversation!! I wish I could her 10 Stars!!!

Mrs/Ms Pat was great. She made my moving process seamless. The property was clean and staff was very people friendly. I moved here from Atlanta and felt like I was at home...I definitely would use them again if need be.

I had a fast and easy experience. Beverly was very friendly and had excellent customer service! I was able to get a $1 promotion for the first mth! I recommend this public storage!

I came in today and it was pouring down raining... and Ms.Pat still took me out to go look at my unit... she provided speedy services.. She was also funny and very outgoing!! So far good :)

Katrece is amazing! She takes the extra time out to actually explain the process of renting and makes the customer feel welcomed. I would recommend future customers to speak with her if your needing a storage space or boxes.

I applied for a unit today and immediately Beth called me and scheduled me asap. When I got there she was so helpful and had me situated fast. She is the best. They have great prices as well.

I recently had to rent a storage from public storage and had the pleasure of working with Tabitha. Tabitha showed great patients with helping me select a storage unit that would be a great fit for my needs! Not only was her customer service AWESOME I had the pleasure if meeting Ronnie the District Manager who also showed me Great Customer Service and made me feel like I was apart of the Public Storage Family.... I highly recommend using this location for Public Storage.

I wanted to thank Shae for making the process very easy for me. She was pleasurable, friendly and willing to help me find the perfect size storage for my items. I made my reservation online and when I arrived Shae escorted me to the size that I chose. The size was to small and she went above and beyond to help me find a better fit for my items. Although I don't agree with Public Storage making you purchase one of their locks. Thanks ladies!

I loved my experience renting here and will recommend this Public Storage to anyone in search of a storage facility. Stacy, in the front office, was the most kind, thorough and customer service oriented person I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. Simply because of her service and the clean storage facility, along with quick assistance getting a unit, I will always come back.

Beth helped her me signed up and was fast and friendly. She let me know of some of the features of the property as well as all the alternative sizes available. Will definitely use again if need arises.
