Every time I shop here the customer service is excellent. Everyone is so polite, cheerful, and incredibly helpful! I would chose to shop here before going to bigger hardware stores. The prices are the same, if not better with their consistent sales on various items.

I hate to admit that today I first went to Lowe’s and then to Home Depot …twice … to get what I needed. The service at both was terrible. No one would help or offer solutions to a simple request - I needed to find a lamp socket/switch.

I went to Town and Country Hardware. Someone helped me right away, took me exactly to where I needed and had a grater selection than any of the other stores. He walked me through what I needed and told me to let him know if I had issues.

And the cashier was so nice and helpful! The experience really turned around my day. Town & Country will now be where I go first from now on!

Just found this store today. I was shopping for a mini flag. Everyone at the store greeted me, asked if I needed help, and were super friendly. I ended up buying a mat also. Will definitely return. The customer service was amazing! ♥

This's my go to for all my chickens and Birds need!.
And a very NICE man he work there he helped me with all my stuff to the car. I just can't remember when was the last time any one offer to HELP with anything. Thank you .

I love coming in to this store. The staff are always friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I always buy our Stihl products here, as well as the Benjamin Moore paint. If you want quality paint, with paint matches that are spot on, this is your paint store. I find everything I need for my yard, bird feeding and home. It is so nice to have a store where I can find all of my needs with a home town feel. I would highly recommend this store.

Never bash a mom and pop shop for being a little more expensive. This is a great alternative to Lowes. They may not have everything, but it's a pretty nice and niche little spot. The people are friendly and the bird seed is actually better priced than most big box stores. I recommend!!!

I needed a key duplicated for my old Chevy truck. Yep I lost one. In the past I have tried using the automated key duplicating machines in some of the large stores with limited success. Town & Country has always done the best key duplicating for me. However they cannot provide keys with computer chips which are needed to start newer vehicles. But hey can duplicate the physical key part so you could open the door to get to the keys accidentally locked in the vehicle.

This was my 1st time visiting your store. I needed a nut and bolt for my lower oven drawer. What cost $30 online at the "part wharehouse" cost less than a dollar. I couldnt have found the right combination so quickly if it wasnt for your friendly and helpful staff.

This is a very clean store with a surprisingly good stock of merchandise for a smaller store. Unlike the big box hardware stores, you get much more personal attention and advice here. The store is very well organized and neat although, it is packed to the gills.

The helpful employees at this store helped me find what I needed, after big-box Home Depot failed me. Will start coming here first.

This store has always treated me right. The customer service and easy check out is awesome. I don't think the negative reviews are warranted. Merchandise selection could not be better.

I don't know what's with all the bad reviews. I live nearby and I've been to this store multiple times. The sales clerks have been extremely helpful every time I've been there. I've had nothing but good experiences here.

I live right down the road and come here a lot. They always have what I need, and the employees are very helpful. Much easier to get stuff from than the big stores.

I love their bird seed selection and customer service. I also love the punch card that when complete I get money back :)

Helpful folks, give that little bit of extra advice. Never hard to find them like at some of the bigger box stores. You may pay just a bit more, but that's a no brainier for the service and convenience.
