The office itself was clean, modern, inviting! During my appointment, Dr Erickson took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the treatment options available to me. The procedure was painless and efficient, and I left feeling confident in my smile. Erickson Dental….THE BEST dentist in DFW!! The office is immaculate with spot on timelines and most attentive staff I have ever worked with! I came across Erickson Dental after having a bad experience with another Irving dentist. First, let me say that I am an “old guy” who has been to ten or twelve dentists throughout my life. I have had some good ones, bad ones, and some that are only trying to run up your dental tab.

I can assure you that is not the case with Erickson Dental. Both Dr. Erickson and Dr. Nackvi provide an extremely professional, accurate, and honest, assessment of your dental work. By far, the experience provided at this dental office is superior to any I have received: from the service at the front desk to the exit consultation, you are treated as thought you are the most important patient to them. The office always provides you with financial options and a prioritization of the dental work that is needed.

You can tell that both dentists honestly care about you, as a patient. Having had history of quite a bit of dental work done on my teeth, previously, I can compare that the work done here was completed with almost zero pain. The dentists make sure you are totally comfortable throughout the process.

I am lucky to have found this office. I recommend you give them a try. You won’t be sorry.

I've been going to Dr. Erickson for several years and there's a good reason....he's exceptional. The staff is so kind and friendly and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else to have dental work performed.

I had my first appointment with Erickson Dental this morning, and it was excellent! The location is great, interior is clean and modern yet cozy, and the personnel are top tier. My hygienist Cheryl gave me the best cleaning I’ve had, and Dr. Erickson was very comprehensive and courteous. I highly recommend this place. I’m now a regular!

Erickson Dental is awesome! Both Dr. Erickson and Dr. Naqvi are very personable and will take time to listen to any concerns or questions and are very interested in getting to know their patients, not rushed whatsoever! Same for the Hygienists and everyone else, they’re wonderful!!!!! I’ve been driving 40 miles for years and have no plans to see anyone else.

Love coming here for my yearly cleanings and if I need any dental work done. My hygienist, Mallory, was very kind and thorough! Dr. Naqvi has excellent bedside manners and makes you feel comfortable coming to the dentist. I highly recommend coming here!

I have been to a lot of dentists but this office by far is the best! I started off working with Dr. Erickson and he is amazing. I have never been scared of the dentist but he and his staff have really made me feel valued. Yes…we all know it’s a business but for them, it’s not just about the money. They truly care about the health of my teeth. Our household suffered a lot of loss, including a death in the family last year and we fell into a deep depression; during that time, It was a struggle to take care of myself. I stopped brushing my teeth most days. Gross…I know. But I’m being honest!. I’m sure they could tell…but I was never questioned. They have never made me feel bad about the fact I rarely floss or that I came in with lots of issues. They speak about my plan as though it’s a journey we were taking together. They never pressured me to spend more and they never judged me if I wasn’t able to get services as often as I needed. I love that all of the staff even remember me when I walk through the doors. That makes me feel great! I now see Dr Naqvi and he is phenomenal too!!! I believe I have been working with him now for the last year. He is awesome. Very friendly and personable and actually means it. Just know if you choose to try them out, you won’t want to ever leave! They are an sweaters dentist office for a reason!! Thank you all for such steller service!!

I was a patient of Dr. Erickson prior and had not been to his office for 8 years due to moving out of the city. After being completely tired of the 1 hour waits, the busy offices, and the poor bedside manners that I was encountering everywhere else, I figured it would be better to drive the 40 minutes to the office. The past reminded me that this office was great, kind and seemless. Much better then dealing with the chaos to offices down the road. I was right, nothing had changed, other than seeing a new faces. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Navqi as Dr. Erickson was out of the office. It was evident Dr. Erickson has not strayed from his values. It's not about the number of patients you can fit in an office or schedule, it's the care they receive that gets you out of bed in the morning to drive 40 minutes to attain it. Hard to find these kind of offices these days.

Erickson Dental is the BEST! I have been going to Dr. Erickson since he went into practice (and to his mentor, Dr. Leber, before that). The dental technicians at Erickson are WONDERFUL, as is the entire staff. They are friendly, professional, and experienced. And you can TELL that Dr. Erickson is a great boss. There is much joy and laughter in the office and I have had the same tech for YEARS (she's retiring this year, darn it!) They are really good at what they do and you can tell from the reviews.

One of the most important things is, they really care about their patients' overall health. They installed HEPA filters in each treatment room and I'm sure they have other measures in place to keep any viruses and germs from making your visit TOO memorable, especially with Covid, RSV, the flu, and all the other bugs out there! (Patients should keep this in mind when going to the dentist. If you are too sick to go to work, you should not go to the dentist. Let's keep our fantastic dental techs and fabulous dentists healthy!)

Awesome experience for initial visit! Professional, friendly, thorough. Had the latest equipment. Didn’t try and over sell deep cleaning for an extra price. Just did their job and did it well! Would highly recommend Erickson Dental!
