Lori was amazing. She met us on a Sat at our late request to see a home we found while visiting Banner Elk one weekend. When we mentioned we were actually looking more for mountain land with a view where we could develop and build in the future. She said she knew the perfect place and showed us an awe inspiring piece of property. She worked with us, as the buyer, to make an offer and helped negotiate the purchase of land as an investment for our future! Thank you God for allowing our paths to cross. Lori is the best realtor I’ve worked with in purchasing 17 homes over decades across the US. I found her through her fantastic reviews at her prior office and she exceeded expectations. We are out of town so Lori educated us on the area and showed us 18 homes in one day - at our request. She was very knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and has a great eye. She knows everyone in the area and hooked us up with the best handiman and also a great cleaner. When a hot property came on the market Lori would go see it for us, send us a video and a summary. Poor Lori likely looked at 40 houses before we found ours. We were on the lower end of the price range for most places in the area but she treated us like we were her most important client.

Probably more importantly, she is a fantastic human being/humanitarian and has such an interesting background. She brings her passion into her realty!

We own several homes, but this was our first purchase in the mountains. Lori went well above and beyond in helping us navigate the specific and contextual elements of buying in the mountains (especially for an investment property/vacation rental). Lori Bryan did a wonderful job selling my property on Beech Mountain. I cold called her after seeing her listing of a similar site. She took my call on my first try, and checked out my site in person the same day. She then reported back advising suggested price/vs time on market. She then organized survey corner markings and had some superb photos taken, including drone shots. The site sold quickly for cash, the purchaser's closing attorney handled everything professionally, and the transaction closed via overnighted documents and check. I would highly recommend her.
