We used Jenkins Rentals and stayed at The Little House on Main in Blowing Rock! The House was gorgeous and in a great location, super clean, and very comfortable. We hated to leave! Check- in and out could not have been easier. Highly recommend!!

Our family stayed at the "Ollie's Overlook" cabin. We LOVED it!! It was so pretty and had an awesome view! Very private area. The road to the cabin is a bit scary tho. You don't want to get caught having to pass another car or truck on that road especially when you own a duelly.. 😄 But everyone got back there ok. We all loved the cabin and the back deck. We spent a lot of time out there having our coffee in the morning! We will definitely rent that cabin AGAIN!! The only thing I wish it had was a hot tub. BTW, you can play a game of horseshoes in the back of the cabin also.

Great rental company to work with. We stayed at Blowing Rock for a fishing tournament and went through Jenkins for a small house rental. They were quick to respond with my pre-rental questions that helped in my decision making. Their Office is conveniently located and easy to find in Blowing Rock. River at the front desk was very professional, kind and helpful. The rental we chose was everything it stated it would be and more. I highly recommended them for their quality service and rental offerings.

We had a wonderful stay at Cabin on Mistletoe. The cabin was clean, well provisioned for our stay with lots of little touches, like dog bowls, bags and a leash for our pup. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The area was lovely with a great view of Grandfather mountain.
The staff at Jenkins couldn’t have been nicer to deal with. We will definitely rent this cabin again and use Jenkins.

We have traveled to the Boone/ Blowing Rock countless times and have used most of the area rental agencies. Jenkins Rentals are easy to work with and their properties are wonderfully maintained. We love Wolf Den for the amazing lower level---its a kid/teen dream! It has an amazing bunk room and a game room that is unmatched the area
(pool, ping pong, shuffleboard, pop a shot basketball and tons of board games)! Highly recommend Jenkins and Wolf Den!

We rented a house through Jenkins Realty for a month this summer. EVERYONE we interacted with was so helpful, patient, and accommodating. They were very responsive to our questions or requests during our stay.
When we discovered the house we rented was unavailable for next year, Melanie sat down with us with printouts of all available property listings. She discussed them with us, including projected pricing. She took over 45 minutes (on a hectic morning) to walk us through > 7 property listings.

My wife and two dogs and I got very lucky when we discovered Jenkins Realty in Blowing Rock, NC. We have had many vacations in the NC mountains in our 50 years of marriage, and this one is far and away the best for many reasons. Jenkins is the single best vacation management company we have ever used. From the very easy and thoroughly professional booking process to the superb quality of the property we rented, they are the best. We are coming back in December to another Jenkins managed property to ski with our grandkids. They have a large number of first-class properties available. Our family has been visiting Blowing Rock for 23 years now. We have owned our own homes in Blowing Rock but have also rented countless times over the years. Our stay in Blowing Rock was wonderful and the house we rented was awesome and in a great location. A one minute walk to downtown Blowing Rock and a short drive (or walk) to the outlets and Bass Lake. Jenkins has always taken great care of our family (there are 9 of us and we rent out the main house and the 2 attached apartments). The kids have a great time playing in the yard and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The older kids have the freedom to explore downtown Blowing Rock on their own because of the proximity to the house (they love this). Overall, I would highly recommend using Jenkins Rentals.

We stayed at the little house on Main Street and it was great. Location was right next to Speckled Trout which is great as well. Short walk to downtown and the place was very clean and spacious. Fenced in yard was a plus. Very nice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mountain Memories property. The view from the porch is stunning, and being able to eat and relax bug-free on the 2 screen porches in the evenings was a nice treat. The house is well-appointed; we had everything we needed to cook meals and feel comfortable. The location is great - centrally located to Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain, and Linville. Easy drive into Blowing Rock, about 5 miles/10-15 minutes away. Jenkins was easy to work with and accommodated our Sunday check-in. We will use Jenkins again for rentals!

We rented Downtown Hideaway Green Door through Jenkins Rentals and were very pleased w/our 3 night stay. It was clean, comfortable and walking distance to downtown Blowing Rock & a short drive to App Ski Mtn. The rental process was efficient & the rental was as advertised. We would definitely stay there again and use Jenkins Rentals.

Jenkins Rentals is an excellent company to work with. Christy answered all my questions quickly and was extremely well versed in all the properties and the area. We so have enjoyed our stay at Bishop's Ridge near Blowing Rock. It is the most up to date, cleanest, great quiet location. The property is well maintained and the unit well decorated and the screened in porch with great views. Being able to bring our Scotties was an added plus. Thank you Jenkins for a great mountain get away.

My wife and I along with two of our children, their spouses, and four young grandchildren spent a fantastic 3-day weekend at Carolina Alpine. Carolina Alpine feels "away from it all", but is actually quite convenient to Blowing Rock, Tweetsie Railroad, and an entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We found the house to be very clean and well stocked with appliances and utensils. Carolina Alpine is very spacious and perfect for large families. All the games and videos that were provided for kids and the exercise room for adults were a "plus" for our family. The agents I worked with at Jenkins Rentals were very helpful and responsive in helping us find the perfect house for us. I would definitely recommend Jenkins Rentals and Carolina Alpine to a friend.

We have used Jenkins Realtors several times. The accommodations are priced appropriately and meet the descriptions in the advertisements. The houses are always clean and feel fresh when we arrive. The office is right off the main road into BR, so getting there to collect your keys, directions and additional pointers are easy. A real live human actually answers the phone and even better, the grocery is right near the rental office, so it is easy to make a quick stop before heading to your Blowing Rock oasis!

My family and I rented a home during Thankgsiving with Jenkins Rentals. The house was fantastic with awesome views and clean accommodations!
It was easy to get to and had a paved driveway and great parking!
Booking was easy via phone call. We had a few minor problems in the house with the water temperature in 1 of the showers not getting hot, the heater in one of the bathrooms would not turn off (had to turn off the breaker), and the elevator did not work. The kitchen had ample pots and pans and dishes. Could have used more silverware since we had a total of 16 adults and 3 children.
Also needed sheets for the sofa sleeper, but were able to get them right away with calling Jenkins office.
Overall, I would recommend this house, "Green Hill Grand" and would definitely like to rent it again.

We have been renting properties in the Blowing Rock area for 20 years, more than 10 of them through Jenkins Rentals. They are always easy to work with. The search method they provide for finding a property that meets your needs is easy to use, and we have never been disappointed in any of our selections. We will keep using them, because we will keep going back to Blowing Rock, the area is just so gorgeous!!

My family and I stayed at Timber Ridge in Blowing Rock this weekend. This is an annual trip where we stay somewhere new each year. That tradition has now stopped-we will forever book this location! The house was stunning, clean and what a location! The management company was helpful and the instructions needed for the weekend were very clear. I would highly recommend anyone looking to visit Blowing Rock to check out Jenkins Rental -Timber Ridge home.

Thank you Jenkins Rentals for another great weekend in the mountains! This was our second time staying at Andreas #1 and it was just as wonderful as 2 years ago. The service was wonderful (website, booking, and then check-in were all super easy), the accommodations perfect for our family, and the location is amazing. 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway (right by Julian Price Park and Moses Cone and tons of options for all levels of hiking), 10 minutes from Blowing Rock, and about 15 from Boone (and a Harris Teeter!).

This rental is down a gravel road off of Shulls Mill Road and right on a little creek. The kids spent hours playing in the creek, and we all loved going in the hot tub multiple times a day! NIce wooded lot in a little valley. Pretty but not the spectacular views you might find with some of Jenkins' ther properties. However, with young kids, I happily traded the views (which we got when we went hiking 3 days in a row!) for the creek to play in and not having to worry that my youngest would somehow fall off the porch!! Clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a getaway.

It was so easy to rent with Jenkins Rentals. At check-in, we were greeted by friendly staff. The Chetola Chestnut #3 was just perfect for our stay in Blowing Rock. The property is great and just as it is described. The rental was clean, cozy, and the beds were comfy. We loved that the unit was toward the back of the resort and at the end of a dead end street. There is a sign indicating "TRAILS" at the dead end of the street. If you go up it, hang a left, and go about a 1/2 mile you will be at Bass Lake for a nice stroll. It's about a mile around the lake. If you hang a right, it will take about 2.5 miles to get to Bass Lake. While visiting we hit the Blue Ridge Parkway for a little biking. The Parkway is less than 5 minutes away. Of course we hit up Kilwins for ice cream and sat on the benches at the park to people watch. We also tried a new, to us, restaurant called Bistro Roca. It was delicious. If you go we highly recommend the Cuban Crepe! We love Blowing Rock and have been many times. We will definitely stay at Chetola in Chestnut #3 again!
