It was a nice visit other than the two Gothic employees on the clock playing with a ouija I felt something come over me so I couldn't complete my buy 🙃

I called to check the availability of a NECA Toys GameStop exclusive figure at the Wake Forest location. The employee was courteous and knowledgeable and quickly located the exclusive figure I was looking for as well as another figure I hadn't considered. She placed me items on hold and when I arrived she had them ready for me. It was a easy, pleasant transaction.

Casey and Shelby have excellent customer service.If it wasn't for those two wonderful ladiesI would have no longer been a Customer of GameStop a while ago. They go above and beyond to help the customers with issues that the company is responsible for even though there store is not at fault. Both of them deserve promotions . If they leave that store I'm not shopping there any more . Game stop employees are awesome.people it's the corporate offices decisions and practices that have me ready to abandon ship. The employees at wake forest GameStop is the only thing keeping that location afloat

Had what we needed and girl at checkout was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable.

Tabitha was so friendly and helpful! I called ahead of time and she set my stuff aside for me. I ran to the store last minute and she treated me so nicely even though it was close to closing. She was very knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I needed. I did not get the name of the man working but he was also very friendly and both employees made my visit memorable. Best GameStop experience I have ever had! Will definitely return to this location for the hospitality!

We found a hard to find charger.

Every time I visit this place the staff is always friendly. I am greeted every time I walk in. All the staff members are very educated when it comes to answering any questions I may have. Absolutely love this store

Walked in to buy a GO-tcha for Pokémon GO. It was the day after Christmas and they were busy as hell -- kids everywhere picking out ways to spend their holiday gift cards, parents returning or exchanging gifts, bargain hunters seeking post-holiday deals. Despite this, I was greeted by someone within a few seconds of walking in the store. After he realized I knew exactly what I wanted, he walked me to the checkout counter, grabbed a GO-tcha, and rang me up immediately. Awesome customer service even when slammed -- kudos. ♡

I've shopped at this store for years. I bought my Xbox One at this location when it was released, and many games even before then. Much of the same staff is still there. They are friendly, helpful, and knowldegeable about their products. I would not shop at any other GameStop location. These guys are the best in the Triangle!
