Buffalo Nickel CrossFit

I’m a CrossFit coach and have been to a couple dozen CF gyms as well as owed my own gym for a decade. Buffalo Nickel is a cut above in facility and coaching.
It’s obvious how much they care about their customer’s experience. The place is immaculate, well organized and the coaches were attentive, fun and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this spot for a superior CrossFit experience.

I have been to a few gyms in the past. Buffalo Nickel has been the most welcoming by far. They go above and beyond to help you feel comfortable. They also took the time to really teach me about the workouts before starting them.

I joined Buffalo Nickel CrossFit in November of 2021 and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Here I have found the perfect blend of coaching and encouragement in my health journey. It’s always efficient, the gym is clean(!) and the people are so easy to get to know!

I have been attending the entry level class at BNCF. I've experienced remarkable benefits in just 8 weeks. The coach is supportive, motivating, and adapts exercises to suit our abilities. I moved to Broken Arrow a few years ago and hadn’t been able to find a crossfit home. I’ve found one at Buffalo Nickel. The coaches are great, and the people are friendly. The coaches are constantly, and consistently, walking from person to person during workouts to check form, give tips, and words of encouragement!

I joined BNCF in 2019. I loved it from the moment I started. I have made the best friendships and have met the best people. For many CrossFit can be intimidating, but at Buffalo Nickel it doesn't matter the level of fitness you are in. You will be joining an extremely supportive community. I have been going to Buffalo Nickle for 6 months now and absolutely love it. I was looking for a gym that would not only care about my health and fitness as much as I do but also a community of support and friendship. I love this gym and everyone who is a part of the BNCF family. The coaches are amazing and I always get great pointers and feedback while I work out. As a single mother I struggled with places that would allow my daughter to sit and hang out while I workout but BNCF has an area for to stay while I am able to workout. I never feel embarrassed but actually always feel empowered and supported. I love that I have found my people!

I joined BNCF a few months ago and from day 1, I felt so welcomed! I really appreciate that Buffalo Nickel prioritizes one-on-one classes before moving you into group classes. My favorite thing about CrossFit is that anyone can do it and BNCF meets you at your current fitness/health level and helps you improve in an encouraging environment! This has been my favorite CrossFit gym that I’ve ever been a part of. They are truly like family. All the coaches have your best interest in mind and push you to be your best. Everyone is so welcoming!! People think that CrossFit is only for athletes but Buffalo Nickel makes sure people of all experience levels are being challenged!

This gym is amazing. The community is unlike no other and I have gained so much confidence since joining. Although CrossFit is one of the most physically and mentally challenging things I have done, the coaches and other members make it easy to show up and do your best. Thank you BNCF!

I have been going now for 5 years and I must say it get better and better. The owner and coaches have superior knowledge and continue to learn to help the members. They can coach people of all levels of fitness. The members are all so supportive and friendly! Cleanest gym around!

I first started CrossFit in July 2020 and I fell in love with this place. The workouts are great and the facilities are really nice. But the best part is the people in this CrossFit box. Every single one of them is kind and generous. I felt welcomed from the moment I started at BNCF. They have a wide variety of fitness levels and I have never seen anyone made to feel like they were not fit enough or see anyone who thought they were too fit to be there. Finally, the coaches are great and I have always felt like they truly care about my fitness development.

I joined buffalo nickel right before I started nursing school and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I get to be around a family atmosphere that normal gyms do not offer, while also bettering myself physically. Everyone is so welcoming and the coaches are always willing to help anytime you need to! It has also been the perfect way to let out stress after school! I am so glad I made the decision to join and become apart of this gym family!

BNCF was the change I never knew I needed. I had been a member at another box for quite some time, hadn’t been happy in awhile but was afraid of change. One day I took a risk and walked into BNCF and never looked back. I never felt more at home! The coaches are amazing and have helped me more than I could ever give them credit for! Buffalo Nickel has absolutely changed my life. I started a while back because I liked the idea of not having to program my own workouts. I had been trying to make fitness work on my own at a local chain gym. I was not happy with my results and it just wasn't fun. Then I stumbled upon BNCF and instantly realized it was the place I needed to be. The workouts were hard, the coaches were very attentive and helpful, and the other members are absolutely amazing and so supportive. This gym is truly a family and that is something special that I have never experienced anywhere else.

They will help you scale the excercises so you safely get the best results based on your abilities. They can help with your nutrition as well. The members are supportive and keep you motivated. I have been attending Buffalo Nickel CrossFit for a little over a month and I love it. It’s definitely not easy but everyone is very helpful from the trainers to the other members. They keep you motivated to keep going. It’s definitely a better workout than I would do on my own.

I took my very first CrossFit class at Buffalo Nickel CrossFit this morning and absolutely LOVED IT!!! The Coach was so clear in her instructions and demonstrating the exercises. I have always been very nervous about trying CrossFit, but the group this morning put me at ease right away. It was a VERY welcoming community. No one made me feel like it was my "first time." I HIGHLY recommend this place if you are wanting to try something different. It was a wonderful way to start my Saturday!!! Thank you Buffalo Nickel CrossFit for being so awesome!!! I WILL be back!!!
