Amazing family business with history of doing the right thing! Best maintained used car lot in at least 100 mile radius. I would know because I am “that mom” and “that kind of car buyer”. The entire team here treated me with respect when I visited by myself. More importantly, to me, they treated my daughter with that same respect when I brought her the following day.

Make no mistake, they are serious professionals. Every vehicle on their lot has been inspected by them and they invest in new tires to ensure safety and value for any buyer. Not exaggerating to claim it’s the best lot in at least a 100 mile radius. However, they are also genuine people with great senses of humor! We laughed ALOT and enjoyed getting to know Yaz (aka John), Rami, Charlie and everyone else.

Each buyer is different and they respect those differences. Helping my young adult daughter acquire a car with excellent fuel economy under 8K was our priority. Yaz listened. He knew our joint loan application with USAA was approved for more than what I planned for us to spend. To Yaz’ credit, he never once tried to talk either of us into spending above the established budget. For that, I am grateful.

It is worth noting that several cars from other used car dealerships had been potential options. However, not a single one could pass an inspection by our mechanic. First Automotive offered us our first “GOOD PROBLEM” in the car buying process.

My daughter loved several First Automotive cars. I had her choose her two favorites and both passed inspection. Today, she is joyfully driving her 2016 Kia Optima acquired at First Automotive. Thank you, FA and Yaz! We are truly grateful for your professionalism and personalities!

I highly recommend the staff and sales team at First Automotive, I was in need of a vehicle and have been looking everywhere, but couldn’t find the the right prices with the right quality. Rami was a no nonsense and excellent salesman. This is a family owned business over 15 years here in Murfresboro. Rami listened to my needs and didn't show me a single vehicle out of my price range. I didn't have to haggle. He allowed us to drive the vehicle for an extended period. I asked Rami about the title and he said "We only do clean titles here. I can say that KNOWING that its against the law if I am lying to you, because I know all the vehicles we sell are in top shape and clean title."

On top of all that Rami showed us 3 vehicles all of which met the specifications I gave him. It was under 10k, safe for my wife and child for daily driving, and could pull a boat and a trailer for the summer. We didn't like the first vehicle that was the cheapest he had in inventory, but when my wife said why, we went right to the vehicle we ended up buying right then and there.

Rami also is having us get a free alignment and tire balance on their account as well as we were in and out in under an hour with most of that under an hour being a longer test drive and him letting us use the vehicle to go get the money from the bank. I took one of Rami's business cards to put in my card holder in my desk. I only put people's cards in that thing if I intend to do business with them again. It only has about 7 cards in it, well now 8 with Rami's making the cut.

10/10 would suggest this business to any friend. They are no nonsense, provide you with the carfax, tell you how they got the vehicle (trade-in, aucution, etc.) and they only deal in clean titles. No salvaged or rebuilt titles here.

Really enjoyed the way I was treated and the way my family was made to feel comfortable buying a used vehicle from this business.

We purchased a car from Rami at First Automotive yesterday and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He listened to what we were looking for, respected our budget and found us a great car. After we got back from our test drive, we told him he wanted it and while he was getting paperwork together, he actually told us to go on another longer test drive so we were really sure that we loved it. I recently bought a 2011 Nissan Rogue with low miles, beautiful interior/exterior, including new tires & a full size spare, for a great price. So far I am extremely happy with my purchase! Rami was great... helpful, real, funny, & professional, everything you want from a salesman. He even waited for the perfect moment to come out & click the key fob (exciting!), not sweating me too early like some would. Returning customer, bought our jeep 4 years ago and came back to get another car. Ended up getting a 2014 Chevrolet Sonic.
