Awesome. I locked myself out of my phone. The first T Mobile person sent me to Best Buy. They couldn't help and then Cory saved the day. Excellent employee deserving of a big fat raise and promotion!

Easy transition from previous cellular company with a fantastic customer service. The young man who assisted us was very knowledgable and helped us get a great program for new phones and nice rewards. We are pleased with T-Mobile.

I had to take some time out of my day to shout out this awesome store and this amazing staff!

From the minute I walked in, I was treated with some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! Justin greeted me immediately and started the fastest, most seamless cell phone store experience I've ever had. He was SO kind, incredibly knowledgeable and so worked so quickly to get done what I needed--new phone and new watch. He was so thorough in explaining all of my options and what was available in store and by shipping, the plusses and minuses of each option as well as the numbers in the differences in the monthly bill. I was floored by his knowledge and his speed in all of it! I was in and out so quickly but felt like everyone there was taking their time in providing such great customer care.

Ja'Quis was also so helpful and supportive! I could tell that the staff got along so well and helped each other which creates such a great atmosphere in the store from a customer perspective.

Tammy is such a great manager and allowed such a great experience to happen! It's really important to me to say all of these because I know how hard it is to keep not only a full staff these days, but to have such a great team providing this level of service. Customers tend to be less patient and want more for less and blame staff for things out of their control, but whole team was so great from start to finish.

I love friendliness and that's what I got upon walking in.I love this place and will do my future dealings.Ms Tiffany gave good service and looked out for my well being in that I'm trying to save money every way possible.I wasn't aware that all the time I had my phone I didn't have a discount but she looked out for me

Just left here! Finally after literally 12 phone calls, 5 days, countless hours and two stores Matthew was able to fix my issue in about 20 minutes! I'm grateful for Matthew! He saved my opinion of T-Mobile. Thank you Matthew!

Great, airy store, friendly staff, easy parking, deep inventory.

I went to T-Mobole store on July 4. So surprised it was open. There were two sales reps & 2 customers, incl. myself. What? No wait? Was waited on right away. I just needed a couple of things shown to me about my phone that weren't working correctly. The guy I worked with showed me what to do. And bam! Five minutes later I was out the door. Worthwhile & pleasant visit (better than calling 611). Bottom line is don't be lazy by calling into 611. The ride to the store is no biggie & you get farther (with your phone)in person!

Came in today for a new phone and Jay was excellent! I couldn’t remember any passwords or access my Apple ID to start the new phone and he was knowledgeable with solutions and so patient through it all! Definitely ask for Jay for any of your T-Mobile needs!

I love T Mobile. Recieved my new phone Wednesday...went to the store for them to set it up. Everything transferred perfectly also purchased some things, 1 being a phone case that I decided I didn't like so went back 2 days later and no questions asked they promptly did a return and I purchased another one that works much better for me and it was a lot cheaper. Both times the staff did everything above and beyond my expectations. Actually all my store visits have been awesome...THANK YOU T MOBILE STAFF...from A 10+yrs customer.

Every time I come to this location, everyone is always so helpful and professional. But one rep in particular, Edwin has superb customer service skills. I work in customer service myself, so to come in contact with someone who is not only helpful and professional but also personal was awesome. He made sure my boyfriend and I understood everything he stated. As well as keeping us updated on what he was doing and making small talk with us. I will make sure to recommend Edwin to everyone.

This location is fantastic! I cannot say enough about Suni Mckelvey. She listened and was super sympathetic to an issue I was having and she truly went above and beyond to help me, even coming in on her day off to assist me. Talk about outstanding customer service! Suni is a true asset to the T-Mobile family for sure. Thank you again, Suni and T-Mobile Ashley River Road!!!

Jason is your best employee. Every time I come in, he magically fixes my problem. So friendly, and knowledgeable. WHY IS HE NOT MANAGING HIS OWN STORE?!?!
