Christ Church on Harvard, Tulsa, OK suffered basement flooding damage after the castatrophic wind storm in the summer of 2023. We were blessed to work with Josh who professionally guided us though process of the remediation and insurance claim phases while calming our nerves. My upstairs bath flooded, down the stairs, living room, dining & kitchen area. Servpro saved our church after a winter disaster so I knew who to call. Jared & 2 crews were there in record time. ServPro was challenged with the restoration of my dining room and living room. You see, a car had been pushed into the dining room, causing extensive damage. As soon as ServPro was contacted, they were at my home within an hour to help close the room off to keep the inside safe from the elements. As soon as insurance was ready, they jumped into action. The dining room and living room look amazing. Their attention to detail is outstanding! They even surprised me with a few minor details, and it just made things even better. Communication was clear, detailed, and often. You are in good hands if you choose ServPro of Mayes and Wagner county.

The team was great at communicating exactly what was going on from start to finish which helped a ton in understanding the process. Or job took a couple months, but they made it a lot easier by keeping in touch with us.

The first floor of my home flooded due to plumbing issues from upstairs.
Two other’s companies BEGAN work. Neither kept appointments, would respond to questions, each failed to communicate. After 7 months my home was still unlivable. No work had been accomplished in months nor were any plans solidified. All my attempts to communicate were avoided.

SERVPRO of Mayes and Wagoner met with me on a Thursday and began work on Friday.
EVERYTHING was coordinated with me. I was advised in advance of plans and schedules. Questions were always responded to giving me complete understanding.
I especially appreciated hints and suggestions to accomplish my dreams while staying within budget.
ServPro went beyond to assist me.
In short, they treated me as if I were not only there only customer, and I was among many, but also as if I were family.

I hope to do remodeling in the future and will certainly have ServPro of Mayes and Wagoner do the work.

I called insurance at 9:00 at night and they call Servpro…Jerrod showed up at 10:30 on a Saturday night to help with our water damage. He gave us our options and explained everything so we could understand. Kaiden and Blaine were punctual, professional and just overall amazing (even stepping in to help paint). Andrew was there every step of the way to answer questions, guide us, supervise all the work and he made sure everything was done right! Everyone was so helpful, respectful, and professional. Water damage and flooding is tough enough to deal with but having Servpro of Mayes and Wagoner Country in our corner made everything so easy.

The guys they sent out were very friendly. On time and answered all our questions. Jerrod’s team did great and we would definitely use them again!

We had a leak at 11:30 PM the day before Thanksgiving. Jerrod was there within the hour and managed to save the day. We didn’t have to do any repairs thanks to his timely response and knowledge of what to look for to make sure everything was dry. He came by on Thanksgiving day to check on the progress and the following day to complete everything. Knowing everything was under control let us enjoy our holiday.

They were very prompt and was able to get my home dried out as fast as possible and very informative and explained everything they were going to do. I was very impressed by this company and would recommend them to anyone I know.
