Dr rand and his staff made me feel so at ease during the consultation all the way through recovery. I have had experienced very minimal discomfort. I wish I would have had a breast augmentation with him much sooner!

Upon first entering Dr. Rand’s office I felt at ease. I’m not sure what I was expecting but it wasn’t a friendly, professional, modest office. His reception and nursing staff are friendly and helpful. During my consultation Dr. Rand and his nurse answered all my questions honestly and thoroughly. I instantly knew that he was the doctor for me. Their pricing is very upfront with no hidden fees, although anesthesia is billed separately. Scheduling and financing were a breeze. The results of my surgery were amazing!! I am beyond pleased...I am ecstatic! Follow up care whether in the office or even by phone and email was prompt and thorough. After 12+ years of old saline implants, I decided to reduce my breasts from a full B cup to an A cup. With all the negatives out there regarding plastic I was worried I wasn’t sure if I should remove them completely or put silicone in. Dr Rand and the ladies in the office made me feel at ease with my decision. The unexpected follow up call from Dr Rand felt very welcoming and a dr that cares. I’ve told many friends that’s considering to reach out to this office!

I was recommended to Dr. Rand through my mother, who had seen him for breast augmentation in July of 2012. Her results were absolutely stunning so I decided that I had to have a consultation with the magic man himself. After being greeted by his lovely and accommodating staff, Dr. Rand not only explained all of my options but he made me feel safe and confident that choosing him as my doctor was the best decision I could make. I had breast augmentation with Dr. Rand around three months ago. I had previously had saline implants prior to the surgery that I was very unhappy with. I had gone to multiple doctors who had told me that where my implants fell on my body was the only option I was able to live with, leaving a five inch gap in-between my previous implants. Dr. Rand did an absolutely phenomenal job on my surgery. Not only did I go bigger to the desired size (475 CC's) I had been dreaming of, but they are closer together and feel so much more natural. I couldn't be happier with how they have turned out and I highly, highly recommend Dr. Rand to anyone who is thinking of getting breast augmentation. You will be beyond thrilled you chose him as your doctor!

He’s the BEST in the business...I did my consultation and immediately knew I didn’t need to go elsewhere. He is so professional and so kind hearted. I knew he was the right one! I will continue to refer him to everyone I know. His staff members are all so sweet and kind and make your experience the best! Can’t say enough about him!

You know your surgeon did an amazing job when you go in for a mamogram and the nurse asks who did the surgery because they look so good! I had a reduction and lift after a previous implant and couldn't be happier. He is amazing at what we does and I would highly recommend.

Absolutely the best!

I paid a lot of money for my procedure. After the procedure, I’m feeling very rushed and ignored. My appointment after the procedure I was trying to remember a question I had and was told when I remember just email… it was the gauze, they forgot to put on the gauze. A couple weeks later I had a few question about the healing (just email with any questions or concerns, right?) and never heard back from Cami. A week goes by and I get an email about Cami from Rose about procedures she’ll do until their doors close. I respond to Rose (first I thought Cami emailed me but soon realized it was Rose.) asking if Cami saw my concerned email. Nothing. So I call today and they’re only open Monday-Wednesday. Another week has gone by being ignored. Again I paid a lot of money. I’m now feeling ripped off, barely seen and ignored. Not a good feeling.

I’m reading all these other reviews and I wish I had the same treatment. I know he’s retiring soon and maybe everyone has one foot out the door but that doesn’t make it right.
