It's always clean around this pond.
Do not judge the pond by its looks, there are some monster fish in here. A guy just came up beside me a couple days ago and hung a 5+lbs large mouth bass, I caught a 3 and a half lb 2 months ago.. great place to interest the kids to like fishing.. lol

I go fishing here with my kids a few times a month. Honestly haven’t run into anyone fishing here but us. Additionally I know a few years back it was popular but sort of fell off.

Of notice for a pond it has a bunch of pond scum. Like it’s everywhere. Would think that would add to the fish but minimal at best. Was supposed to be catch and release but think some people didn’t get the memo. Be great if they were to add a few pond scum eating fish to the pond too. Just something to take down the bloom. Additionally there is ALOT of plants in the pond. Would not mind if they dredged the pond and cleaned it up some.

All that said, it’s fun. Get to play avoid the turtles too when you fish. Probably more turtles than fish at the moment there.
