Carolina One Vacation Rentals Folly Beach

So I just want to say, one of my most important qualities I look for is post sales service. Most companies are your best friend before you hand over your money. Then once paid, you hear crickets. We arrived and had a couple issues with our place and I wanted to say they jumped right on them and got them taking care of quickly, without excuse; via email and text. We loved our Honeymoon Redo celebration week at Follyday Inn. Fun place!

Amazing cottage rooms. Excellent location with easy walking to restaurants, beach snd shops. No need to drive on island.
The grounds were spotless and pool was so refreshing. We love this place and will be back!

We our family of 7 celebrated our son’s promotion to Captain in the US Army over the weekend. We came from California and was thrilled at the quality, location and views of 4 Summer Place. CarolinaOne agency were true professionals and our stay could not have been better!

We came to visit our daughter and son in law, who is stationed at the Marine base in Beaufort, for Thanksgiving.They have been at Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital since August when our grandson arrived at 25 weeks gestation. We needed a place to fit 4 adults, a teenage and an 11 year old. Also one that was furnished with a table for us to all eat together and a living room we could all be in. The Marshwinds condo offered that place. The location offered a direct route to the hospital for us. Considering it was somewhat off season, we did not have an issue with traffic. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. It was just perfect for us!!! Carolina One welcomed us for the holiday stay by leaving us a delicious pumpkin pie, which was very welcoming.

Everything was great!! The house was very clean when we arrived, was amply stocked with dishes, and the property manager was extremely responsive with questions and requests. We loved the location and our stay — would 100% use Carolina One again!

Overall we had a wonderful experience at Marsh Winds! The location was perfect, easy to get into Folly Beach or James Island, and being able to overlook the marsh with no other buildings to block the view was a treat. We loved the screened porch. One of the best things was having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for our family and sister-in-law who was traveling with us. Having the reserved parking underneath was also a bonus.
This is one of the best places we have stayed, and we will definitely like to stay here again! We highly recommend unit 1K at Marsh Winds.

We really enjoyed this property. We had an issue with one of the TV remotes not working in one of the bedrooms and they sent someone out within 30 minutes to fix it. We were very pleased with everything on this trip and will be back.

My fiancé and I took our parents and eight-month old to stay at this property (301 E Arctic Ave) on Labor Day weekend and had the best time! The property exceeded expectations as far as location to downtown, convenience to the beach, and overall cleanliness of the property. The kitchen was large and perfect for cooking and entertaining a group of people! The TV in the living room was also perfect to watch college football all weekend (with a nice view of the waves in the background). Rooms were large and comfortable, especially the amazing master suite with the beach view. We loved that people in our group could go back and forth from the beach to property in seconds to make a sandwich or grab a drink, and that there was enough space to hang out in the covered or open porch areas outside to watch the sunsets. One of our favorite things happened to be the outdoor shower. We ended up taking our shampoo and wash outside to take warm outdoor showers after a long day at the beach - these showers were a hit with the kids! The view was perfect, and you can see the beach from every angle inside the main dining/living area of the house. There was also plenty of parking, so this eliminated stress. The walk to downtown Folly was just the right amount. The house is far enough away from the main pier that it was less busy, but the walk was still around ten minutes to grab food at Rita's or Lost Dog (our favorites). It is also close to Bert's, which has everything you need (ice, beer, good ice cream, food, snacks). Lastly, communication with Carolina One was great. We were in fear that Folly was flooded from a recent storm, and they responded almost immediately. Unlike many large rental companies, Carolina One was attentive and cares about the customer. We would love to stay at this property again in the future and would recommend!

The property management and communications were excellent. Our property was quaint, everything you expect from a Beach Property. It was just as listed, not recently updated but still very nice, location was perfect with the beach across the road and mash in the back yard. The home was comfortable, could use a few more kitchen utensils but not everyone cooks like we do. We go every year to Folly and I am already looking to book again, either this property or another but definitely thru Carolina One.

We stayed for about a week in July- the condo was absolutely stunning. All the amenities of home. We could cook in the kitchen, do laundry, etc… there were beach toys and the pool is about a 30 second walk along with a beautiful dock. I would 100% recommend this. We stayed with a 15 month old and my 9 year old son with special needs and had no issues. We even found a baby gate in the house for the stairs. You can tell the owners take pride in their home. It was so nice we spent a better part of a day hanging out at the condo and the pool on our vacation. We had no issues with the property and would go back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful rental property. Very clean, and in a very quiet area, but very short distance to the beach and to downtown Folly.

Stayed at an awesome beach front property on Folly Beach. Everyone in our group loved the house and location. The staff at Carolina One were very helpful and nice. Made the whole experience fun and stress free!

Great location close to both the lighthouse and washout! Only 2 minute walk to beach and the marsh behind us was great! Only issue was the outdoor shower was unusable while their because of flooding and drain issues. Also the walkway over the marsh started to buckle during high tide by the back yard, still usable. Location was amazing, views were great and it was a cute house with plenty of space! Needs a bit of updating but great for the week!

Great rental. Perfect for our family of 6. Marshwinds is close to the beach, has a pool and is a quiet building at night. Our condo 2U was a corner and had beautiful views of the marsh from the screened in porch.
There was plenty of space for us. Kids ages range from 9months to 7.

We will be back.

Great house, great location! We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back. Everyone had room to spread out and just enjoy the space. We couldn’t have asked for a better beach house!

Renting from Carolina One was a very smooth process. The online portal was simple and there were no hidden fees. The house was extremely clean and well-appointed. We were very happy with our stay!

Great place and location. Water view. Short, easy walk to downtown Folly and the pier/beach. We'll definitely come back here next time we're in Folly.
