This pharmacy is very helpful, My family medicines very easy and convenient to get refills and staff is very friendly , we are highly recommended for anyone 👍

Our family will never use any other pharmacy.. You are known here personally, You aren't just another customer. And if you're in a situation like mine, the pharmacist and staff could save your life. Just by knowing the meds you should and should not be taking. I'm not being dramatic, this really happened with me, and Mae saved my life. Chris, Anne and Tracy and Linda, Erica, Brittany, Jesse, Paul.. I could go on and on, all are genuine and knowledgeable!! They go the extra mile. I am adding to my review because here we are in 2023 and my feelings towards this pharmacy and staff are worth way more than 5 stars. If you use the big chain pharmacies I implore you to try Browns once, just one time & see for yourself how much better you feel knowing you aren't just being rushed through & how they take the time to acknowledge you and your medical issues; I give my word you won't go back to the chain pharmacies.

6/30/2023 I’ve been using Browns Pharmacy for about 8 years, they were recommended by my Physician.
They have been a steady 5 Star for the longest. Recently there were some negatives, like a lot of businesses having a time finding quality people to hire to help your customers. Once they were made aware Browns quickly addressed the problem and it looks like the staff is back to being spot on. .

I trust Browns pharmacy and staff with all my prescriptions and have brought family to use them as well.

I've been getting my prescriptions at Brown's for years and the service is always top notch. I get text notifications when my order is ready and they are friendly and helpful at all times. During the lockdown they did carside delivery which was extremely helpful. Overall I'd recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Could not recommend more! I'm a college student and previously had just brought my meds from home, but eventually needed to get them locally. The people at Brown's were very helpful throughout the entire process. I struggle with remembering to take my meds, so they gave me a dispenser containing individual dose pouches for each date and time. Most pharmacies refuse to do this with ADHD meds, which is a shame as people with ADHD probably struggle more than most to take meds. It was delivered same-day directly to my dorm, which is really helpful since I do not have a car. All of this was for the exact same price I would have paid with insurance at Walgreens or CVS. (For some reason the GoodRX price was insanely high- not sure why) Will certainly be using them in the future!

Great professionals who serve their customers with love and compassion. Our family has traded with Brown’s for a long time and they are our go to place for all of our meds. Chris, Erika and team know how to take care of you.

It is a rare thing to find a pharmacy like this today. They are not a chain store, but a one-of-kind pharmacy. They are a full-service pharmacy, with an amazing gift shop that has so many lovely and unusual things. They fully stock medical supplies and carry hard to find off-the-counter meds and even more importantly, carry hard to find prescription medications.

The location is wonderful. If you have a sick child or family member who has just seen the doctor, no need to drive to an off-site pharmacy. The pharmacists and staff are always so helpful. The customer service is wonderful (although a few of the younger customer service staff who are kids in their late teens/early 20's, could use additional training in politeness).

In my opinion though, it has to be one of the top 5 pharmacies in D/FW.

This pharmacy is amazing! I was able to go in and purchase tubing and a mask for my son’s nebulizer machine in under 10 minutes…Thank you guys so much !

All the staff is wonderful ive been going to this pharmacy for little over a year now, and they always take care of me. They are always nice and friendly ask how my day has been just all around good people. Anyone that needs a new pharmacy i recommended this place.

They always have what you need at very competitive prices but best of all is their great customer service. They actually wrote me a handwritten thank you note once for a review I wriote on Facebook. Who does that!! They do. They deliver too which is very important when dealing with a chronic illness. When I do wait for my meds, it's usually about 5-15 minutes depending on how busy they are. Not like cvs and Walgreens where they are rude, impersonal and as slow as the DMV. THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOU, and they have really cute merchandise to shop or just browse around. I'll never change pharmacies, ever.

Friendly staff - had in stock my pain meds that I normally would have had to get ordered and wait several days for from any other pharmacy. Filled my RX's while I waited and were very fast. I will definitely be coming back again!

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. They will fill your prescriptions quickly while you wait their and will let you know if there is any problems up front and try to resolve them in the best way possible for you.

Browns carries items and durable equipment you will not find in most pharmacies and or drugstores. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
