Great place. Wonderful staff. They greet you with a smile and are happy to take your order. The food is made fresh and doesn't take too long. Never over crowded when I've been.
Smells like amazing food as soon as you walk in.
The restrooms are impeccable and clean. So you know they pride themselves in cleanliness. I've been back 5 times now! Thanks yall for being a great place to eat at in Elgin!
And when you ask for X cheese, they know the business!

When me and my husband drive through Elgin we dine in to eat. My husband had trips (x crispy) plate. I had 2 breakfast tacos.The food is always delicious. Great customer service. Very clean restrooms.

It was our first time there and we WILL be returning. The food is all freshly made to order and authentic. Their chips and salsa I could eat all day long. The staff was super friendly and the service was above amazing.

I love this place. Best Mexican food in Elgin I've had, hands down. The fajitas mix plate is my usual, but it's all delicious. Every once in a while, there's a dude with a guitar that plays and sings for the house. Love it!

We were greeted at the door as we walked in. The waitress took our orders and checked on us to refill our drinks often. The restroom was super clean. A clean restroom tells alot on how the rest of the place is cleaned.
The food had a good authentic taste. The waitress offfered to put my drink in a to-go cup, when I was leaving. We will be back again.

Just moved here to Elgin and have tried just about every Mexican food truck, restaurant and whoever, whatever place sells Mexican food and by far this is my favorite place! The breakfast tacos are excellent, good size, great flavor. But what I like the most is their menudo! Flavor is on point, not greasy, and they serve it with plenty of meat! I am there every Sunday to get my menudo! Go by and try it if you are a fan of menudo!

We stopped by on the road home to Austin from vacay in Galveston and we were hungry for some good Mexican… La Parrillada did not disappoint.

Our 10 year old had beef crunchy tacos - home fired shells and perfectly seasoned beef.

Our 5 yr old had bean and cheese tacos and said she wanted to live here.

My wife had the shrimp salad - so fresh and perfectly cooked, as well as the chicken tortilla soup, which I was not allowed to try :).

I had the mini tacos, and I loved all of them.
I wish I could give more stars, and we were too hungry to snap any photos…. But do yourself a favor and stop here!!!!

This is my first time here. Decided to stop by for tacos and they were absolutely fantastic. Packed with meat and packed with fixings.
I got two pastor and one bistec. Grilled jalapeño was a nice addition at my request.
I will be stopping by again.

Great portions of food, and it is delicious. Very accommodating service and they make sure you are taken care of. I highly recommend. Green salsa is delicious on every thing from chips to tacos. Horchata is one of the few in the area that is done properly. Will be back for sure. Don't snooze on this place.

Stopped here for lunch on our way back to Houston. We picked the right spot! Great food, friendly service & clean restrooms.

We've went 3 times and EVERYTIME the food is EXCELLENT! The staff is friendly and attentive without being pushy and at a fair price.

Food is delicious, so were the margaritas. Highly recommend the mango margarita. Food came out hot and fast within 7 minutes of ordering. This was a my first time here will be coming back.

Really quite tasty; good breakfast options. Nice variety available for all kinds of food needs. Had the Migas a la Mexicana and it was super fun with a huge side of the napoles and the various salasas we got to try out
